I ordered the cover from their website. They contacted me to make sure that I had ordered the correct cover. Once that was confirmed, the cover showed up at my house and I replaced my worn cover with a brand new one. Perfect fit. Looks great
I spoke to an actual person. But she still got it wrong. She kept asking me if my gloves box opened from the top. I even sent her 2 pictures. And still received the wrong one. It all fit good. Except it has a square flap above my actual glove compartment. I'm keeping it. Only because I don't want to mess with shipping back. Plus I threw the box away.

When I initially ordered my flash paq super chips for my 2022 Silverado 1500 limited trail boss the sales representative sold me the wrong product but luckily the customer service department was able to send me the right product i needed for my truck once i returned the incorrect product. The process took a week to return the wrong product an receive the correct one

Cover looks very nice and the clamps on the tail gate end work very well. The front clamps were to small. Needs to have a wider arm clamp so you can turn the hand nut. Had to hacksaw the metal brackets to make it work.
I ordered a hitch. I heard nothing for a few days so I called for an update. I found out that the hitch was being shipped directly from the distributor which isn't bad, but when I ordered the hitch I was told it would ship in one to two days. After I had to call back I was told that it wouldn't ship for seven to ten days. I am not sure that I will get it when I need it. I ordered it twelve days ahead of time and thought that would be enough. I wish I would have gone another way.
The running boards look awesome and function very well.
Installing the short driver's side was the OJT and took 2.5 hours. The long passenger's side took 2 hours. For my van: The instruction statement should have stated. NOTE: For the 2 L&R front brackets, it is necessary to remove the running board and bracket to drill the hole thru the pinch weld. All other brackets can remain loosely in place after marking and drilling the holes thru the pinch weld. Also on page 5 of 7 of the installation instructions, Fig 13 states to use 8mm Hex Bolt, 8mm Lock Washer and 8mm Flat Washer for the pinch weld locations. There are no lock washers for this install point, you use lock nuts. These are the only two discrepancies and all else was straight forward. Like I said the running boards look like they were meant to be on my van and really provide great entrance assistance at both sides. I would attach pictures if it were possible.

Email number 16 at this point along with online chat trying to get my issues resolved. I was given the wrong information and then bought the wrong set up. Then when the correct parts were sent I got a used tonneau cover and a rail system that was missing parts. I am still waiting on the rail system to be replaced. $3000 sitting on the floor waiting for Real Truck to honor their commitment. Looking forward to Jeep Safari in Moab next week so I can spread the good word about Real Truck.
The people at Real Truck were great, they helped me through the ordering process and then later with questions I had on installation. The cover works and looks great.
I could not reach anyone over the phone at Real Truck so I had to go on line. The person I communicated on line with would not respond after a number of times trying and is worthless. I finally reached a person over the phone & placed the order. Product received. Why not do a personal survey over the phone - instead we are just a number.
Customer service was very thorough and the checkout process was the fastest I've ever experienced. Had my product in two days.
Carrier however, left the boxes in plain site leaning against the garage door instead of at the location marked at our front door.

It is disappointing Bakflip dosen't sell the rubber hinges for the hard bed covers, the hinges easily slid in & out of the panels. The only reason for not selling these is to force a person to purchase another $1200 cover, kinda sad.
I contacted the manufacturer, Dixie,@ trux edo customer service. I was told you could do this cover.I then spent hours and hours confirming all the info and placed an order.
After doing so i noticed online, how the side rail attach and notified the sales rep that the maximum length of the side rails on either side needs to be 84 1/8 or less.
So that they not be made too long for my truck.
I asked for him to call me,. NO CALL<. BUT 3 confusing emails saying the cover i spent days getting ordered was cancelled. With no call, no reason no nothing.
Have someone of stature call me and let me know what the hell is going on at this company?
