I first ordered a Pace Edwards tonneau cover. I used the chat for this one. They said I would receive it in 7 to 10 days. I waited about a week and I haven't heard anything about shipping. So I called to find out what's going on. Then they said 4 weeks for delivery. I decided to cancel that order and order a cover that they said would be shipped the next day. Well, it didn't ship. They said they were waiting on the payment. But I checked with my credit card company. The payment was approved. I explain from the beginning I needed the cover within a 2 week period. Now I'm down to 5 days. I guess I should have went somewhere else! I also asked to speak to a supervisor. They said on wasn't available. I still haven't heard from one.

This place BLOWS! So I purchased a set of front and rear rain deflectors for my 2024 Telluride. The left and right rear DID NOT FIT. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I message them my dilemna and advised me that since I used the front set THE REAR SET CANNOT BE RETURNED SINCE I BOUGHT IT AS A COMPLETE SET? What? So I am stuck with a rear set of rain guards that don't fit MY SUV. Their customer service was USELESS and I should have listened to my friends that have been burned by this pos place TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REALTRUCK.com. BE MINDFUL PEOPLE. THIS SITE BLOWS! Save your money and time and use Weather Tech as they helped me IMMEDIATELY!
Ordered running boards and brackets. Brackets arrived in 3 days as ordered. Boards arrived next day in an empty box. That's right -- empty. 31 lb empty box. Called customer service that day -- few days later after sending pics, etc, received new running boards without any hassles from RealTruck. Would definitely order future stuff from them.

A simple phone call with a knowledgeable sales representative resulted in a superior product delivered in a timely manner. I answered a couple questions about my pick up and was informed when my tonneau cover would ship, from where and given a time frame for arrival. Everything went without a hitch. Can't ask for more than that.

Initially I experienced great service with Real truck. They were helpful in getting my order placed and shipped quickly. However, once I received the product I realized it was not correct for my make and model. I requested a return and they sent me a label. I rushed to re-pack and bring the product to Fedex the same day I received the label to get this over with ASAP. My package sat at Fedex for days. I reached out to Real truck and they said they would look into it. They let me know that the label they sent was not accepted by Fedex. I told Real truck that wasn't really my problem and since I followed their instructions I wanted my money back. The service rep refused to send me my money because of their issue with Fedex. She then stopped responding to my emails.
Absolutely horrible experience. I now need to contact my credit card company to get my money back. I wouldn't order an air freshener from Real truck.
Contacted Real truck for some parts for a roll-up bed cover. Representative was awesome and very pleasant. She knew exactly what I needed and got my parts ordered. Fast shipping and awesome people to deal with
Purchases on RT and American Trucks say Hd on the 2003 and are not and told so later when had to return 07's sent and told would fit. They don't even have 03-06 but show on your sites. And confirmed by ones called were and then told was a miss labeling and guess what no one changed the sites yet
