I ordered a tonneau cover, Product arrived 3 days from the order (only 100 miles from their plant). Did not receive a new model apparently and had to pay for upgrade kit. "Upgrade" Kit still hasn't shipped in 4 days. Spend the money and get yourself a Extang, I'm already regretting my purchase and don't even have it installed. At least their customer service actually services customers. This is my last Real Truck.com purchase.
Thier return sucks, I will not be doing anymore business with them, I am told over the phone that they would send me return instructions, I got a email from them say they where not taking the part back, cause is was a special order, and they showed to have it in stock. Bad way of treating your customers

Love this cover so far. I debated on a few different ones and I'm glad I got this one. My only complaint is the drain tubes are not like the ones in the videos I watched. They are cheap plastic and too big for my factory holes in the truck bed.
After multiple YouTube views and reading other reviews, I finally gave in and had call the company to verify that the clamps would work with the factory installed track system in our 2024 Ford Maverick. Fortunately, someone in the sale corp also had the same track system and could confirm that it would work. The cover is installed and is working perfectly. Really like it.
