My amp research steps have an issue on the passenger side. On 2 occasions after calling real truck I was told someone would call me back. I never received a call on either occasion. I had to reach out to amp research directly

I wanted side moldings for a new truck I had just purchased, similar to ones I purchased 5 years ago. I couldn't find the product on your online site, so I contacted an agent. She found the item and ordered them for me. They arrived about a week later. They're installed and fit perfectly.

I would say that the site was easy to navigate. Also, notifications for shipping were prompt. So far I have received one product. I am expecting the other products in the next two days. I was offered an opportunity to provide a video of the installation to receive $200.00 but was immediately declined. That action left me thinking that is that gimmick or real. Did not like the idea of having a carrot in front of my face and then promptly removed.

Lomax tonneau cover does not fit.

Even though your system says that you have a Lomax tonneau cover for a 2024 Ford Ranger, it will not fit as the only ones you have will fit a 2019 to 2023. I called the Agri Cover and they say one does not exist. You put me through a lot of hoops on this one so I am not happy.

Since Realtruck purchased several other companies and (in my opinion) made the blunder of integrating all original manufacturers webpages into the Reatruck site, I've had issues finding info and/or contacting the appropriate department for customer service.
For instance...this time...over 15 minutes on hold before I also opened an online chat...got someone to respond to the chat finally and spent a few minutes chatting only to have them tell me I could've handled this with a call easier. I mentioned I'd been on hold for a call for over 15 minutes...he then forwards me another number for "Retrax" customer service. Another 5+minutes on there and I finally got the guy to agree to overnight me a small screw pack that was missing out of a Retrax Pro MX cover I installed yesterday. I luckily had another cover in stock to rob the screw pack out of, but I'm installing the other cover tomorrow and need them to overnight the screw pack and he acted like that was going to be difficult or couldn't happen. Crossing my fingers as my customer is traveling from an hour away for this install tomorrow and no possibility of a reschedule as she's traveling out of town a day after install...hence the need for the cover. Would appreciate hearing back from someone that cares to make sure this happens in a timely fashion to save my customer the grief of traveling without her new cover installed.

Can't Get the Product

Ordered in December and still don't have the product in Feb. After weeks with no updates was just told new date is April. I can't rate the product because I can't get the product to rate it. I'd go WeatherTech mats next time...at least they will send you a product.

I give them 5 stars for the website and inventory. I give them 0, nada, zed, for their customer service.

I have made three orders in the last 6 months totaling $1,675.00. The last order had three parts. Each part shipped separately over a period of 2 months. When the last part came, I went to install them and found that one of the three didn't fit. I had made a mistake in ordering. Unfortunately, the part that didn't fit was the first one to ship and they would not accept it back because it had passed their 30 day window of return policy. It did not matter to them, that they did not get my order to me in a timely manner and I have not had the whole order for 30 days, OR that I have been a great customer laying down some serious cash.

I can tell you that when a company treats me right and helps me out, especially when it is my mistake, they have a customer for life. They would not have lost money to do the right thing. I was willing to pay shipping because it was my mistake, and was ready to reorder the right part. But when they stick me with a $105 part that I can't use, and tell me tough luck then add "We hope that we were able to answer all of your questions and concerns in a satisfactory manner! Thank you so much for your business. We look forward to serving you in the future." all I have to say is Hell No I am not satisfied and you will never get the chance to serve me in the future.
