Received my order for pickup bed mat and tailgate mat as well. Very disappointed on the quality. Tailgate mat looks like a 12 year old trimmed it. Edges were uneven and not square. Just sloppy workmanship. The screws that came with it were just bad. The heads snapped off and I predrilled the holes. The pickup bed cover fit decently, but there were gouges in the surface. I will be leaving this review online. Poor first showing.

This is my second big purchase of wheels and tires the first purchase the wheel weighs fell off and the tpms sensors didn't work! I brought this up before I made my second purchase and was worried and asked for them to make sure I wasn't going to have any issues this time! But as of now my tpms sensors are not working after having them on for a week! When you spend over $ 4,000 and the sensors are over 200 you would think I would not be having issues but I am! I need this address asap please! Also my name is not Devon that is just the name of the person at smith's automotive that the wheels and tires were shipped to! I even called and told them about that but obviously that didn't get fixed either! My name is Gabriel Dalton

Upon opening the package I found there to be missing parts and it took over a week to get the proper part shipped to me. Not good.
Called for help with rebate, they were spot on with help and the rebate has been approved.
Let me start this out by saying order anything you desire for your truck from someplace else. I placed an order for an in stock item in mid Dec 2023 and after not getting an email with a tracking number I contact them and they proceed to tell me it is being shipped on the Jan 17. Here it is 3 days after that and still nothing. I contact them AGAIN and all they tell me is I'll give this to our team so they can figure out what's going on and we will get back to you by email in 3-4 business days. WTF! If I didn't know better this company's actions come off exactly like and online scam with how they keep leading me along with dates things are supposed to happen but actually don't. I'm torn because I want to say screw them and cancel the order but I'll still have to wait 4-5 business days to get the money back that they took from me instantly. To put it plain, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THERE IS MUCH BETTER PLACES TO SHOP THAT ACTUALLY GIVE A $#*! ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.
Word to the wise if you can order directly from the manufacturer do it! Avoid this place at all cost! Lies on top of lies! And I have the emails to prove it! Eff you real truck!
Twice I was promised a call back by sales and it never happened. I think both times the individual had a day off and no one else picked up the slack. That and the not in stock items I wanted. I did finally order direct. Once orderd the items arrived promptly and in good condition. Thanks.
Walker was great. Easy to work with. Provided the information needed. Even after the sale. I had actually bought the same nerf bars from another company and had a horrible experience. Walker filled all the holes that other company had. Would purchase from you again.
Ordered fender bolts and fender tape after a few weeks of radio silence i called, they had no clue why items didnt arrive yet. In the past RT has been great and they are great at answering phone and dialog etc but in this case i have not got what i bought and after reporting it they say they will look into it and message the seller, well i thought RT was the seller. More days later i get emails saying they will now start investigation etc. just send my items please thanks
This was the first time I had used Real Truck. I wanted a very specific item for an older vehicle to send as a holiday gift. I was having trouble locating what I wanted on the wesite. I called the customer service line and the representative helped me find the perfect thing. He was extra helpful and very nice. Delivery time was very fast and the product fit perfectly. Good job!
First time shopping with RealTruck. They had a rebate offer included on a product that I wanted so I went with them. The highlight of my experience was the people that helped me. From Gaby helping me place my order to the people at the RealTuck rebate center helping with my rebate they were all great and eager to help me. My number one criterion when doing business with any company is customer support and RealTuck nailed it.
I ordered a fancy bug shield, every week after that I got a 'shipping delayed' message until I finally canceled. Then I ordered another less fancy one. It came in a timely manner and then the fun started. The instructions were not easy to follow, and appear to be written by someone who does not have english as a 1st language. In the process, I dropped and lost two of the screws/little plug things. So I called the seller and asked to buy another installation kit of screws, etc. Sadly I was told that I would have to buy another bug shield to get the pieces. Not good customer service and now i'm left to scrounge for bits/pieces myself.
