I ordered, received and installed Carhartt seat covers for my 2023 For Superduty regular cab truck. Everything was fine except for the headrest covers which were too small and wouldn't close at the bottom. I called Real Truck and started the claim process. I was hoping that they would just exchange the headrests covers and everything would be fine. It's been a few weeks and several e-mails now and I think they want me to return the complete set of seat covers (which I've been using for the last month) instead of just sending me different headrests. I don't completely blame Real Truck because I know that they have to work with the manufacturer (Carhartt) but it just is more complicated than it needs to be. I guess that I'll just live with the headrests I have.
