I tried to order by myself online, but couldn't figure out if my recently purchased used truck was a quad cab or crew cab. I decided to call RealTruck, and was told it was a crew cab. So, I ordered floor mats and side steps. The front floor mats fit, but not the back. I just use the front mats. After 5 hours of placing the brackets for the side steps, I came to the conclusion I had ordered the wrong mats. I will say returning the side steps was easy, although I'm still waiting for the refund.

Dan was very knowledgeable about the item I wanted to purchase. He was friendly, courteous, and not pushy(a definite plus with me)! His Customer service was over the top and was what convinced me to buy from RealTruck. And I did. Placed my order with him and look forward to doing business with RT in future.
I needed a new tonneau cover for my truck and I've been searching for a while to find the right retractable. I called into RealTruck and Nicholas was absolutely fantastic. He walked me through all the different makes and models and explain the differences and benefits of each one. Ultimately I ended up purchasing not one, but two tonneau covers as my son needed one too. We both purchased the RetraxONE MX Tonneau Cover and we couldn't be happier. Nicholas offered up a discount for us getting two at the same time. The point is I didn't request a discount, he said it's just what we do for our customers. Their price point online was already competitive and this just made things so much better. The tonneau covers arrived fast and were super easy to install. Having an online video to show the steps was really helpful as well. Overall I would rate my experience with RealTruck a 10 out of 10
