I bought a hard roll back cover 4 years ago and it failed in several areas. I contacted the warrantee dept sent some photos and in less than 48 hours the new cover was in the way. I was disappointed to find out that a new 5 year warrantee was not in place for the new cover sent. I hope this one holds up better
Donald who took my order was great. The lady I called to get help with an installation issue was great but didn't have an installation answer for me. The reason I choose to install myself is because the installation video was easy to understand and pretty straightforward. Unfortunately, I received two rails that attach to the cover's track/rails but there was no instructions or videos to install the extra rails. My hunch is that the rails are supposed to accommodate my RamBox. Now I am suck with two rails and several screws with metal plates and I have no idea how they fit together. I was told I need to speak with a technician. That will be my next step.
