When my ordered arrive, damages on the box. I was worried.
The running board on the passenger side had quarter size dent.
The running board should have been wrap much better to avoid damage during the delivery on the item I bought.
I just paid a shop to install the running board when we open the box, they showed me the small dent before the installation. First time shopper, and will be last time. Bad first time buyer experience with your company.

Gator recoil if I knew it was going to be this much of a problem I would not even considered buying this I bought it in February and had to have it replaced, the clamping system that holds the cover on is lacking it worked ok for awhile then it seemed it was hard to open and it is rubbing the top of the tail gate
Happy to find a mat that takes away the bed ridges! Shipping was very quick! The chat feature was very helpful in my case and I was able to delay shipping until I was back from a trip. It also guaranteed "fitment". The mailing box weight was exceptionally light. I was expecting a heavy rug. Fortunately, I have a topper on the bed so it is acceptable. There are Velcro pieces to hold the mats in place, but I would be concerned that they would not stay in there without the topper. The fit seems fine and time will tell how it holds up. It looks very nice though and is more comfortable to work on your knees with the mat. The mat was in two pieces allowing for the trunk feature in Ridgelines.
