Excellent sales team whether live or chat. Had to answer a number of questions about my truck in order to determine the correct model number. The team walked me through that process easily ensuring that I would order the correct tonneau cover. The cover arrived in perfect condition. The installation procedure was straightforward and not complicated. Only gripe was time actually required from start to finish to complete the installation. Judging from the installation videos submitted by customers, it should have taken no more than 45 minutes to perform. You might want to plan for additional time to accomplish the following: unboxing and inspection of cover, making numerous adjustments for perfect fit, and then disposing of the huge box that the cover was shipped in. Overall l am very pleased with my interaction with the sales staff, and the quality of the cover exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a nerf bar sidestep for my truck but 3 days later decided to go electric….i ordered the electric side sidesteps and Realtruck immediately emailed me a return mailing label for the nerf bars….and all with very friendly demeanors. I'll definitely buy more accessories from Realtruck!
