They are not very clear about cancelations and too many people get involved plus they don't offer a price match plus the price for the merchandise was almost doubled compared to other competitors. My purchase was canceled because the price was too high.

I ordered a bug shield and was told it would ship in 10 business days which it did not. Called customer service many times and they seemed to not give a damn about my order. Horrible service and still have not gotten my part. I will not be using real truck again.

I am very pleased with the IONIC CXV running boards and especially pleased with the customer experience with this purchase. I called your customer service to make sure that these running boards would be the correct product for my vehicle & model and I placed the order with the assistance of customer service representative Crystal. She double checked the product compatibility and also researched and found an installation video link for a similar vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee) to help me with the installation. I placed the order with her on Tuesday and I received the product on Thursday afternoon - 2 days from Indiana to Florida - and shipping was included in the "On Sale" price!
I installed the running boards on Friday (next day) after a quick trip to Home Depot for a very necessary 18mm deep socket tool indicated in the installation video. The installation was a little awkward to install the 6 mounting brackets primarily due to me not raising the vehicle off the ground for better access and visibility. All in all - a great customer experience and a very nice product and improved appearance and functionality of the vehicle. I would definitely purchase this product again and for sure from the Running Board Warehouse. Thank you.

I called real truck I actually got a person right off I told him what I wanted for seat covers because I bought a new vehicle he asked me a few questions we went right through it I was on and off the phone in 10 to 15 minutes and my orders on the way I went to my local accessory dealer and talk to them about seat covers and it took me longer there to find out that they don't have them made for my truck yet

Had been working with American Trucks for over a month, they had multiple excuses as to why my order wasn't even getting done let alone being shipped. I ordered wheels and tires w/TPMS sensors and first told me had the wheels but no tires then it was silent after bugging and bugging them I got another excuse and then I received an email stating MY credit card was insufficient funds and just canceled my order. WELL NOT HERE, Chris was excellent In his job. He talked to me over email for I think 2 DAYS and I has what we both came to agreement over, wheels and tires and with the SAME credit card I have an order being made and sent to me. Great job Chris and Realtruck. Thank you, can't wait.
Sales rep told me products would arrive by end of week. Shipping email showed not till end of month. 2 to 3 weeks later. Had to cancel order.
I called in my order, the Tec was very helpful. My cover arrived on my doorstep 3 days later. Doesn't get any better than that!

I tried to order on line. I had chose the part numbers. A chat popped up. I clicked on it to check if I had the correct part numbers. One was incorrect. I was informed that one was wrong. The correct part number was picked for me by the chat person. I was helped getting the items picked and paid for very quickly. I have already received on of the items, just a day later... the last item is in route. The part I had picked that was wrong I have already installed with no problems. Thanks you.
