The lady I spoke was very helpful. I was looking for a new bed cover and needed it kind of quickly. She informed me the one I wanted was on back order for a couple weeks, she found one very similar to the original, helped out with the price difference, and assured me it would be shipping out in 2 days! Their willingness to make customers happy is the reason I continue to use gator covers!
