Good people to work with they know there stuff very durable cover easy vidio I viewed to install the cover took 5 min went for a 12 hour drive to vacation spots all over michigan never had to worry about the cover and it kept the contents dry in the pick up the whole time
Second order of the week with this site and I called in to get a deal they advertised online. No deal. Actually was sold something I did not need (discovered after getting the package and finding the adhesives was included). So I spent an extra $18 on adhesive that came in the package I ordered that I did not need. Asked for an RMA…crickets.

I have ordered 3 items now from RealTruck. 2 of the 3 have been FUBARS. Their shipping estimates are a JOKE! They give you an estimated shipping date, then change and you have no idea when the item will arrive. My latest experience was when I ordered a bed mat and was given an estimated shipping date of about 2 weeks. A few days later I get another saying it has been delayed. A few days later I get another saying it has been delayed further. So I get on the phone with a salesman and order another mat that is ready to ship and the salesman assures me he can cancel the earlier order. I then go online and request a cancelation of the order myself. Never hear back from anyone and then get a notice 6 days later that the order is shipping. It's unbelievable how screwed up this company's customer service is. Beware you can't believe anything they say. They don't follow up on what they promise.

Lied to on 2 phone calls was told the first call that my item was in stock and would get them in about 4 days after not getting them i called and was told they were sold out but they could source them out and i was told that they found 16 sets and i would getting them in 3 days and again i did not get them so i called back again they said they sold them all and i would not get mine and gave me a refund

I thought the Tonneau cover was just a drop in and drive... Mine came with sealing tape with no instructions... I called Gator and they said it was for tail gate... looking at the cover it's very generic and cutting the bed top plastic may be required for some applications...
I was undecided about a tonneau cover. The assistance and info I received from Santana helped me decide between a Gator product or a competitors. I bought it immediately. Then the next day, Lee helped me in ordering a bed mat and floor liners. They will not be beat on pricing. I'm gonna have to take a break looking at your site so I wont be tempted to buy more items. Also, their shipping is supper fast. Usually 2 day turnaround.
