I ordered a bed mat for my truck and it was back ordered so I was notified immediately and they began the refund process.
While I was looking over my order for the mat and bed cover I noticed that I had ordered the wrong bed cover. I called and spoke with a rep and he gladly refunded my order. This bed cover was not to be delivered until mid July so cancelling it was not problem. I told the rep that I would like to order another cover and he advised me that if I would order directly with a sales rep, I would receive the cover much quicker than ordering online which again would be about a month so 5 days or month? Tough decision.

After getting the same excuse with 4WP for parts delay and considering I've spent over 20k with them on my 2 previous Rigs in the past few years. And found Real Truck to have better customer service and matching prices. And obviously a better on hand inventory and got the same parts that 4WP told me wouldn't be for several more weeks sent out in less than 24hrs of placing my order.

Ordered Firestone air bags, sales person said wouldn't be available for 6 weeks, so I still said ok and ordered them found them on Amazon $40.00 cheaper and I got them within a week
I ordered this cover on 6/14 with a two week delivery time. I just checked on it and I was told shipping on July 12th. Thats a phony and misleading representation. I'll decide in the next day or two if I'm going to cancel.
These folks just order the seat covers from the manufacturer. Takes a MONTH to get the seat covers. After waiting a month they had sent the wrong seat covers and it was a big pain in the a$$ to get the right ones!
So although they had my money for eight weeks, I had no seat covers.
DON'T ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!
Update: what the heck. I just received the second order of seat covers and now they sent me the seat covers for a savannah 1500 versus the Sierra 1500. Seriously these people just cannot get it right!
After going back and forth trying to decide on a tonneau cover, I called Real trucks and spoke with Brittany Bright. She was able to confidently answer all my questions and then made the purchasing process a breeze.
