Needed new running boards I figured. Plastic top pads were broken and peeling off. Found out by calling. I could replace tops only. Saving me significantly on labor and money. Thanks to these guys it's an easy fix. Not costly at all. Thanks for your efficiency

It's been 12 days and I haven't heard a word from Real Truck. It would be nice to get an update on the progress.
Delivered in record time, Installed today in Florida heat with no issues except for instructions were somewhat blurred on the photos and all the other stuff was nuts and bolts. Rubber ends on the bars kept sliding off so I black taped them and perhaps this could have been done at the factory. Anyway I like the purchase.

Bought a Rhino Rack carrier basket and Go Rhino tie downs. Finally got the tie downs within 7 days but, they don't fit the Rhino Rack crossbars I bought them for. Now, the carrier basket is still not shipped and it's been 18 days. I've canceled the order but haven't received notification it actually is canceled.
I've tried contacting Customer Service MULTIPLE TIMES and am on hold for hours and no one ever picks up the phone. Their email responses take days with vague info that is no hell to the customer
