Being able to call and walk through it with someone on the phone assured me before spending money my gift would fit my nephew's truck. I first made contact through your chat service on the website. Chatted with Mauricio M. And worked out a Labor Day special deal. The Pay-Pal transaction didn't go smoothly, Only charged for sales tax at first. Manager, Kyle C took over and I got the Pay-Pal transaction completed. However, I never got an e-mail confirmation, and was not very confident I had actually got my cover ordered. Next morning I called customer service and talked to Debbie Sanderson and she was able to clear up everything and assured me my order was on the way and would be delivered later today. She also sent me an email with the order info and another with a Fed-X tracking number. Great job Debbie!

After a little frustration with back order for my first choice of rims, Wayne was very helpful in locating a second choice. He was very attentive and helpful, customer service seems to have taken a backseat these days, but that wasn't the case with Wayne.
The girl I got on the phone was great! She looked up a few different things for me and gave me her recommendations. I ended up picking one that she suggested. Took care of the payment quickly and checked on different shipping methods.
