This is my 3rd F150 in 20+ years all having Truxedo tonneau covers. I guess you can say I like their products and the RealTruck rep was spot on with advice, shipped the same day and I got $25 off with a Sept sale I wasn't even aware of.

Nothing to really write home about, my unimportant order for $1043:00 order and nothing no parts and no information as of Sunday September 5th I placer my order on Wednesday September 1st and still not one anything so I guess my order was only important to me! So anyone out there is subject to the same thing I'm not saying they are completely incompetent I am saying on this particular order they've been in my opinion incompetent I have ordered from them in the past with no issues quite different from this time. So what's up real truck? Buyers beware! All I'm saying is this time has not been a good experience

Although I had not installed the Nerf Bars yet (just arrived yesterday), the service was excellent. The person I chatted with was speedy in giving me answers and take my order. If all goes well with the installation, I will definitely do business with Real Truck again.

I'm not the type to order online because you usually don't get what your told or purchased, (usually because they just want to make a sell). Derek, the sales person I spoke to was very patient as well as knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to contact associate again if any questions need to be answered on this site.
