Satisfaction takes patience and time. Which I don't do very well. First, the incorrect hitch was sent and then correct but incomplete hitch (missing drawbar shown in product description) was sent and customer service representative was originally not going to honor my request. However, after my re-adress the company has sent me email notification that the drawbar is ordered and to be shipped to me. So if I receive it (and it's correct) than I praise them for their patience with me and sticking with me to ensure satisfaction. If I don't receive it then I will probably just give up and not shop with them again. But I'm optimistic that after all the time and mutual stress that I will finally have closure! Lol

I purchase a tonneau cover for my 2021 Titan XD Pro4. After receiving it and assembling it, i discovered i ordered the incorrect length. I made contact with them and they promptly got the corrections made. Once i got my new correct cover, i assembled it and installed on the truck in less than 30 minutes. It looks great and should last a very long time. It's exactly what i was looking for. I'm very pleased and would recommend this company and their products to anyone.
I originally had difficulty getting the 0rder to go through online, so I contacted the company direct by phone. The gentleman that helped me through the ordering process was great and patient. The entire process went smoothly and I have no complaints. The service was top-notch and the cover came extremely fast.

This is my 3rd F150 in 20+ years all having Truxedo tonneau covers. I guess you can say I like their products and the RealTruck rep was spot on with advice, shipped the same day and I got $25 off with a Sept sale I wasn't even aware of.
