This is the third time I have reached out to RealTruck and each experience supersedes the previous. They have been excellent to deal with. Prompt, courteous and fairly priced. I tried reaching out to their competitor to price shop the the Flipbak cover and 4 days later, am still waiting for an answer. If you are in the market for any truck accessories, look no further. I was told delivery likely would be 1-2 days. Wow, cant believe you still ship Fedex. Their service has been terrible with out company, and it shows again. Track my order. It shipped on Wednesday. They show it to be delivered today but it is still sitting in Kansas City since 7am yesterday morning.

I have used Real Truck on many occasions successfully, until this most recent experience. I used their chat tool and spoke with a sales rep who stated that if I ordered something through him it was guaranteed to fit or return it for a full refund. I have tried for over 3 weeks and one person (Amanda) dismissed me and closed the case as if I was a non-person. Finally, a different customer service rep resolved the issue.
