Not familiar with the thousands of options for a cover, I called and talked with an agent. Told him my needs and experience and he recommended a particular cover.
Upon arrival the box was opened at the end, but nothing was lost or damaged. Over-size box for the product, and not much packing inside, so contents were free to move about!
Not an experienced installer, but the instructions were VERY difficult to follow! Even had help from more experienced people, and still took 3+ hours to install. Tolerances on the fittings were extremely tight, and much force was required, especially on the rear of the truck.

I had an awful experience with stores in my town and trying to get a Bed cover so I called and within 5 minutes I had my new bed cover ordered and 1 day later it arrived very good people and a company! Will come back for future business.
I had to call the company to make sure the running boards we wanted were in stock. Only took a couple of days for them to arrive. We put them on the pickup right away and they are working fine.
The bed cover was just right for our truck. We were afraid we wouldn't get it till the snow flue!

I placed an order via the chat and everything went very well. I was told I would receive an email confirmation shortly after and another later that day with the shipping information. I received the first email, but never a second. When I reached out to the team the next day, they confirmed it was in stock, and in fact had not shipped. I get it if something does not ship the same day or even the next, but not when it is advertised as a guarantee to ship the same day, and the guarantee is not met, then it creates a terrible experience for the customer. Now I get to wait for some trouble ticket, instead of a person getting up and making sure it ships, as promised. Being a weekend now, I will see what Monday brings, and if I am not satisfied with the companies response, and efforts to make it right, I will just cancel the order and shop elsewhere.
Just made purchase and waiting for arrival of our order. Had a hard time ordering through the web site for some reason and called directly to finalize. The sales rep was both courteous and very helpful. We got the problem straightened out and I am looking forward to getting my wife's "Mail Vehicle" ready for the upcoming Winter. Many thanks!
