Got me to buy, leading me to believe I would get it in a week. Checking back today it will be weeks if not longer to get the product. I called today and customer service connected me with a supervisor who said she would check into the order and get back to me. She did not…I guess I'll cancel the order and get it somewhere else!
We ordered a rear seat cover according to our vehicle make and model but it doesn't fit. We can't seem to get an exchange or return. Not happy!
I ordered the wrong cover on accident, which only took 3ish days to be delievered and within a day of contacting them, I was contacted and after telling them the correct cover, it was delivered the very next morning. Everything was a very smooth process and the cover fits and looks great.

Not familiar with the thousands of options for a cover, I called and talked with an agent. Told him my needs and experience and he recommended a particular cover.
Upon arrival the box was opened at the end, but nothing was lost or damaged. Over-size box for the product, and not much packing inside, so contents were free to move about!
Not an experienced installer, but the instructions were VERY difficult to follow! Even had help from more experienced people, and still took 3+ hours to install. Tolerances on the fittings were extremely tight, and much force was required, especially on the rear of the truck.
