None of the shipping times are even close to correct on their website. I ordered from them on November 1st and was supposed to receive it by November 14. After dealing with terrible customer service I now find out on November 29th that it won't be here before Christmas. The annoying part is I have received a ton of emails advertising to shop now for guaranteed Christmas delivery! Very disgusted with the whole thing. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!

I had a return request put in before I even got the item delivered to my home. Found out in conformation email that the wrong part was sent because the CHAT agent knows only how to sell and not about the products. It's been 14 days from the date of the return request and still waiting on the return label they are sending in an email so I can send item back. Poor customer service with excuses on why it takes so long.
