Salesman on phone said my parts are in stock, will receive in 2 days. I send money (it's a lot). 4 days later one part arrives. No explanation of rest. After "I" contact Real Truck. They tell me manufacturer has discontinued making part. (Real Truck told me they had my parts in stock). Now my vehicle is on jack stands while "I" find parts.

Sales reps was very knowledgeable and helpful. The questions I ask were answered without hesitation and they even ask me questions that I should have asked about the products I was wishing to buy. When all was said and done, I felt very confident about the products I was buying and that I had made the right choices in not only quality but also price. To go another step farther, 1 of the sales reps recommended another company's web site for a product they didn't handle, assuring me this company also had the kind of quality product I was looking for but also at a fair price. I ordered from both company's on Thursday afternoon, with both assuring me 2-3 day delivery and both products were delivered today, which is Monday. Spot on with what 2 different company's sales reps told me. I am very impressed that they actually did what they said they would do. Haven't opened the boxes yet, as i had them delivered to my place of employment but will do so as quick as I get them home. Will add a quality review with pictures as quick as I can do the installs.

Ordered a bunch of stuff for my new 22 ram 2500 and they decided to send me an email 3 days later and tell me the wheels that I ordered are out of stock so I picked out a different set and they said there out of stock also but showed In stock online so I finally picked out another much more expensive set of wheels that were in stock and now iv waited 4 days and they still haven't shipped, love the website but honestly probably won't order from them again
