I originally purchased a product on line. I had a different shipping address than my billing address but did not have an option to put in my billing address. This caused my purchase to get canceled approximately 4 days later. I then had to call in my purchase. While waiting for an agent, the automated system said my wait time was less than two minutes but I ended up waiting close to 10 minutes for an agent to answer my call so I could place the order.

Incompetent customer service. Ordered a bed mat, was told 4 weeks. I was told 4 more weeks every time that i called. After the 3rd time calling, i was told more than 4 weeks (we are at 12 weeks now), so i decided to shop elsewhere. Upon my search, i checked the real truck website, and they said that they had one and it was ready to ship (actually 5 of them), this is 20 minutes after i was told 4 more weeks. So, i bought it and canceled the other order. The shame is i listened for 12 weeks to customer service lying and pushing me off. I wrote the company of my experience a week ago and have yet to receive any comment back. By the way they make it impossible to leave a bad review on their website.

Originally your item was not in stock with us, so your order was sent to the manufacturer to fulfill. Unfortunately, we were never notified of a backorder until we reached out to them for information on the delivery date for you. 12/2, we did receive stock of the item you purchased and reordered on that date. I completely understand your frustration with us with the changing of the delivery dates.
Found the product I wanted but some of the wording made it so I easy not sure if I wanted it. I ended up calling and in a matter of minutes was clear and order was filled.

Awesome customer service. I utilized the chat feature and saved even more money. Within an hour tops I received my shipping notice. At this point it has only been 24hrs since the order was placed but possibly will be here in another day at this rate even during COVID.
