Having product on your website that is not available is misleading and discourages me and I am sure others in the future will avoid your website. You should not offer what you don't have, we all know the supply chain is stressed. Police your product in your website.

Due to the circumstances over the past 18 months, inventory is very fluid and we do our best to provide accurate information but inventory can change at any moment, even during the ordering process. We see that the item was put on backorder and this was communicated to you, by email, on Dec. 13 about the backorder and submitted the refund request the same day. Our current turnaround time is up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed through us. You were notified on Dec. 17 that the refund process was complete.

I searched several local truck accessories centers and they couldn't get grill guards. Temporary out of stock issues, but not at Real Truck! They were also on sale! I will add extras from Real Truck later. My items will be delivered before Christmas! Thanks Real Truck!

Order 2 rear shocks for chevy silverado got ones for a jeep wrangler ordered another set to replace the wrong ones they shipped and still wrong so now got to wait for 2 shipping return labels to get a refund
