We were told this item was in your warehouse in salt lake city Utah which is why we ordered it. We must have it for a trip we leave on in 3 days. Why did it ship from Missouri if it was supposed to be in salt lake city? Also why does it say partial shipped? We need the entire unit by Wednesday the 30th of March. Salesperson lied to get a sale.
