Went on line to order a cover for my new truck. I found what I wanted and saw that a Memorial Day sale was happening. I chatted with a representative and was offered the product at a discount which made me happy.
The order part of this was easy. It was all computerized. When it comes to how I will receive it is another story altogether. They waited until I had completed my order to tell me that 1} this had to be delivered by freight truck, 2) with the possibility of only a couple hours of notice and 3) I am responsible for taking it off of the truck.
There are a few problems with this. I work all over the state on any given day and may be 150 miles away from home when I receive the phone call from the truck driver. The other thing is that I have an old back injury that could prevent me from removing this large item from the back of a tractor trailer and getting it to a safe spot on my property.
I am still pondering this but chances are better than 50% that I will be canceling this order and purchasing something locally with a larger price tag.
The tonneau cover came a day earlier than expected and was very easy to install. Installed it in about 10 minutes.
First of all, I am not good at putting anything together. This was so simple and literally took me less than 10 minutes to do it all myself. So easy! Fits perfect!

I set up an appointment to have this item installed based on the arrival information. When after 3 days I saw no tracking on the item, I contacted customer service to ask for tracking. When I contacted them, they said the item had up to a 20 business day lead time to ship. When I asked them why it was not listed properly on the site and if they would change the listing to better inform the customer on lead time, I received no response. Very Disappointing

Spent over $100 on a bug shield that cannot be installed on my truck as it (the bug shield) was not made for my make and model of truck. Tried to exchange but was told I cannot do that because it exceeds the 30 day exchange period. Out $100+ and I now have a useless piece of plastic.
