I ordered a truck bed cover and the locking mechanism was not working. I called support for an exchange and they said no problem. They said the return department would get a hold of me in 2 - 3 days for a return label. I called a week later to see what was going on and they were a little confused that I had requested an exchange. They finally sent me to the return dept who asked if i could take a video of the locking mechanism not working. I informed them I had already taken the cover off and had boxed it back up to ship back. They seemed put out that I had already boxed it up and couldn't send a video. They then asked if I had installed it... well duh. They eventually said they would send a return shipping label. 2 days later still no shipping label. We will see how this turns out.

I made it abundantly clear that I am moving and I need this product before that date, both when I talked to the representative and when I received the "updated" shipping information. Haven't received the package as of yet and will update this comment once confirmed.
