I was told on 8/4 that the part would be shipped on 8/8 from Golden Valley, Az, and I would receive the product by 8/10. I called customer service on 8/11 as I had not received a tracking number yet, and was told by customer service no one has that product available. I then sent a email to the sales rep. No response. I then called the parts department and was told that the sales rep. Order form the wrong place, that he should have ordered from Golden Valley, which I was told that where they were coming from. What a joke of a company. Buyer beware...

Purchased a set of AMP running boards online ($1776) because the website displayed that they'd arrive in x days. The advertised arrival date CHANGES ON THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL and I call CS. Hold for 45+ minutes and then some clerk tells me that they'll email me when the items ship. 2 weeks later, I get an email stating that they are cancelling the order because the mfg (AMP Research - which they provide CS for) claims they cannot fulfill the order. BEWARE OF THE BAIT & SWITCH DELIVERY DATE PROMISES REALTRUCK MAKES TO GET YOUR ORDER. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET MY REFUND!
