Ordered a cold air intake for my 2019 Ram 1500, order arrived on time, but was not the correct part. I undertand things happen and was fine with it. Called realtruck the day it arrived to say it was the wrong part and id like to return it so I could order the proper one. 7 days later after they said their support team would be sending me a return shipping label im still waiting, emailed them 3 times... no response... called 3 times they said please give them 3-5 buisness days, and still no return shipping label. This outrageous, its a return shipping label... figure it out. Will not be using them again.
Order a new rollup truck bed cover. Used the chat session to verify I was getting the right cover. Received the cover 4 days later.

I was not pleased the agent did not inform me it would take 30 days for the cover to arrive, nor the fact that I had to pay an additional $85.00 to have the cover removed from the delivery vehicle.
I've had a tri-fold before, just got old. I also had a hard top, very heavy, had to take completely off to put something large in truck. Buying experience was complete, short.
