I ordered by phone my stainless steel bars for my 2016 F-150 on Friday and they were here in western NY on Sunday. They answered the phone right away and the call taker was very knowledgeable and personable. Good service. 5 stars The stainless bars replaced the 5" ionic black bars I ordered in 2016 when the truck was new. We are snow birds so the the truck has never been driven in NY salt or salty Summer FL. All the mounting hardware on the truck was like new so all I had to do was swap the bars. No rust on the bolts bolting the bars to the brackets. The truck is still pristine underneath. The passenger bar paint rusted and flaked right after the warranty was up. Last week the driver bar collapsed in the center. It was rusted out in the bottom, mostly center. That begs the question of the quality of the plain steel bars... like something out of the 50's & 60's. I would give the plain steel bar one star... Hopefully the stainless will live the life of the truck.

Recieved an email says after placing my order saying it was canceled due to a national back order. Prior to placing order I called and verified that they had my kit in stock and they did. So if it's in stock and shipping out within a few days how is it on back order? I spoke with Fabtech directly and they have it in stock and can ship out so I'm not sure what's going on but this was my first experience with real truck and so far it hasn't been a good one.
The rep was very helpful with my purchase and directed me the items I needed.
