I have purchased two items from RealTruck … AMP Extreme Power Steps and the BAK x4s Tonneau Cover. Tremendous customer service … always helpful in guiding me through the purchase process. The two products are of Outstanding quality. RealTruck is my go to going forward. Quality Service, Quality Products, and Competitive Pricing. What's not to like.
I called back for a previous negative experience that I had had, and the young ladies were very professional knowledgeable and courteous, they took care of my problem immediately thank you RealTruck! I will keep being a loyal customer.
I was pleased to receive a phone call from one of the sales reps informing me that they'd located an item I'd previously ordered but became Out of Stock from a distributor they use. Not only did they call to tell me it was now available, but they matched the previous price (which was less expensive than the current price).
Just to clarify. Customer service did all they could. The problem being the shipping facility. I was promised a delivery date. This whole ordeal created a big problem for us.
I made a mistake purchasing Ram Classic vs Ram New body truck bed liner. My fault. I should have paid more attention to the drop down menu, double check when clicking menu. Separate tabs would be helpful.

I had a couple tonneau covers narrowed down and the online chat feature helped me ask questions and make my decision in a reasonable time. They even helped me expedite the checkout process.
Ordered car visors/rain deflectors. They fit perfectly, and are not cheap plastic that one would get from China. Solid quality…and would you believe it…made in America. No regret on this purchase.

I cancelled an order within 4 hours by LIVE CHAT, on a Sunday before lunch. LIVE CHAT said they canceled the Order. Monday morning, I corrected and replaced my Order by phone with a Salesman, with a new Number. The Salesman also confirmed CANCEL the previous order. I am still receiving one of the items (duplicated) from the first order. Now I have to return it to the FED EX, +40miles away.
BUT they are very FAST to SHIP, So that's not a bad thing.
