I ordered this one through customer service because I wanted to buy it but have it shipped directly to my son for his birthday! I ordered it on March 29th and it shipped quickly and will be delivered to his home in another state on March 31. Walker with RealTruck customer service was great. He answered all my questions, assisted with and completed my order with a billing on my card but shipping directly to my son. We all know shipping costs for the average person are over the top these days so shipping straight to him was huge. With 3 sons driving trucks and trading in vehicles often RealTruck is my go to for bedcovers for whatever their new truck model is! I was told I would get my part by Thursday but now it's Monday thru Friday. This is just a nylon strap and clasps. From upper Midwest to Ohio shouldn't takeover 4 days but not 8 days.

Nice people to deal with and quick shipment. HOWEVER. I asked before I ordered if the cover could fit on my 2018 Colorado that had a factory installed liner and was told NO PROBLEM. I had to cut pieces off the liner on both sides to make the side rails fit. The passenger side rail was bent and was a lot of work to make it fit. The driver side back cover plastic tab on the roll was broken off in shipment and I am awaiting a replacement part. It looks good now that it is installed but I am disappointed with the difficulty of installation and with the defects noted above. It surely was more difficult to install than in the video. I hope that my difficulties are behind me and that the item work well from this point on.
