Just a reseller that takes your money, then places an order with a manufacturer to ship directly to you. They do not have any investment in warehousing stocking or shipping and will not stand behind the deal they essentially broker between you and a manufacturer you will never meet. I ordered a set of bumpers and only received one. I was assured the other would be sent and it never was. I wouldn't walk around with mismatched shoes, and I wont have mismatched bumpers on my truck. After playing games with the missing bumper they are playing games with returning the useless other one. IF I have to take my business elsewhere for the rear, I will take my business elsewhere for the front as well. I have filed a dispute through paypal and will be adding this company to the blacklist of garbage companies to stay away from in the future. A Horrible experience.

The sales person I with was great and very helpful, Greg was able to get what we needed and gave all the information that I needed, and gave me a time line when to expect the products that were ordered. I have order items before, always have been great to work with, and will continue to do so.
Pros: the shipping was fast and the installation is fairly simple and the price was reasonable. The running boards look great.
Cons: Ordering online was challenging. I entered my truck info to see if the IONIC 5" STAINLESS CURVED NERF BARS would fit and the website said yes but it would not let me enter them in the shopping cart. After a several attempts I decided to order by phone and for some reason the lady I spoke with had difficulty getting my email right even though I had spelled it to her seven times but she finally managed it and send me the receipt.
I also asked her why I couldn't order online and she couldn't give me an answer.
Couple of days later I went online to check the status and the website didn't recognize my credentials and would not let me in so once again, I called and spoke with Andrew I believe his name was who was pleasant and professional. After trying, and pulling my account up, he said my email was misspelled on the account and that's why I could not get access. I thought that was already corrected? He took care of correcting it and gave me the status of my order, which was shipped already.
I would order from this company again however they do need to have their website working properly.
