I was in a bind, and needed two clamps for my Tonneau cover before the weekend or I might need to cancel a vacation. The rep I spoke to was great, and was very helpful in locating the correct parts I needed. When it looked like I was going to be unable to get the parts in time, the rep went out of their way to try and locate them elsewhere, but was unable to do so. I understand that is out of their control, but I appreciated all of the extra effort to try and fit this in my timeline. Fortunately, I still received these parts before expected, and we were able to keep our vacation plans.
Thank you for all of their efforts, and will definitely be returning to RealTruck for all my future needs.
The product was delivered on time and in great condition. Easy to install. Working great!
Very easy to install, took me about an hour and it was done. Made for the new body RAM 1500 and came with everything you need to install. Only problem was phone pictures are such high quality they would not upload.
The sales representative Chris was kind, patient and professional. Chris helped me thru the process without a problem. It's refreshing to have Chris help me, he is a gentleman.

Purchased a new 2022 RAM crew cab (new body style) and needed rain deflectors, step rails, and a tonneau cover…Rain deflectors and tonneau arrived within two days…The tonneau was the Gator SRX inside-the-rail version…it looked amazing, but the fitment tolerances were very poor and would have let too much rain into the bed…contacted Real Truck and they were helpful…they allowed me to return the cover and I instead purchased the Gator SR1 after a good experience with it on my 2015 RAM…I have found it to be much better regarding fitment…Step Rails arrived after a week and had a small dent under the step pad at the driver's door…too much trouble to repack and exchange, so I'll live with it. Overall a good experience with a few minor problems.

I talked to your people and they said this bull bar would definitely fit a 2022 Ford explore ST I should've read the reviews on Amazon because everybody on Amazon said the brackets would not fit. And when they contacted your company, your company did nothing. They should've at least re-cut the brackets so they would fit but nothing has been done. I will never trust your employees ever again
A year ago I purchased running boards from Real Truck and one of the end caps came off recently, never to be seen again. I went online, got into a chat with a sales person and they found what I was looking for and sent it out right away. Price was great but it is the way they value their customers that sets them apart, even for a $20 part.
I like the site it's relatively easy to use, I did do a chat to help pick out a bug deflector as there are so many, Nicholas was a great rep and even called me to assist with ordering seat covers. Top notch, friendly service agents.

Weeks on end and multiple phone calls required to try and get replacement parts for damaged items they sent. Seem like an okay company with a decent internet interface, but only care about the big purchases. Would not recommend due to a lack of communication and resolve.
I had a good experience buying the MX4 by way of phone. I was going to wait until labor day to see if there would be a discount. As opposed to waiting until labor day, they went ahead and gave me a 5% which was great.
I would give it a 5 but I am waiting on a bed rail to be reshipped. The right bed rail that arrived was missing a weather rubber strip and the buckle were missing screws. Once those two parts arrive, I'll update this review and give a final rating. The online assembly video has been my guide so far, super helpful.
I decided to let the chat function help place my order for a dash cover. I was told if I let them place my order it would be the correct part. Doesn't fit, not even close. Will attempt to return it, but don't have much faith in Real Truck.
