Salesman invoiced wrong product and sent the wrong invoice number. Paid and recognized mistake right away but said it was too late to correct. Had to have product shipped and return it before I can get my money back. Would not change to right product. Will not buy from REALTRUCK again.

Upon purchasing a tonneau cover I was told to expect delivery in a week. This timeframe continued to move out. After one unsuccessful call with customer service I did connect with a great CS rep and then a terrific sales associate who pointed me to an immediately available cover. Although slightly more expensive, I was offer a small discount and immediate delivery. Resolved my issue, product seems to fit the bill thus far.

Real Truck does not stand behind their product. Got a new truck with a tonneau already on there in 2021. I never asked for it to be put on. Fast forward 2yrs, the tonneau is falling apart, to the point I can't use it. I contacted customer service since the cover has a 3 yr warranty, they told me since I didn't have a proof of purchase, they can only give me 50% off of a new cover. I explained that I didn't have a receipt and it wasn't listed on the bill of sale for the truck. I even sent the the bill of sale. Now, customer service rep Misael Llanes won't even email me back.

I purchase the cover for my 2023 Toyota Tundra. It was super easy to install with easy to follow instructions and how-to-video found online. Low profile, sturdy, and looks great. Very happy I made the decision for my Bakflip.

I'd been looking at bed covers for a while, they all have +/- in my opinion. This one is perfect for me. Install was as described, a second set of hands helps a lot. Getting it adjusted wasn't too hard. The rollers are great and function smoothly. It isn't water tight, but...really close. Through the car wash day one, a few drops by the tailgate and close to the cab. Full night of rain the next day and same story.
I love that it looks super clean, when open it doesn't obscure my rear window, I only lost a little storage by the cab, not much at all. Over all, worth the spend and love the way it's changed how I use my truck. I have a back seat again!

I chatted a couple of times with RealTruck to get a replacement seal. They said they had to contact the manufacturer of the tonneau cover. After 3 days and no contact, I reached out to RealTruck again. They told me the seal I needed, so I received only one 6'-6" length of seal that was not made for my model. I requested an RMA which they said throw it away. I would think that since they found in their system my original order details, I could get the correct seal. Off to find a seal someplace else.
Excelent! Saleperson was helpfull in placing the order. Order was delivered on time and as promised. My new F150 looks sharp with the new carpets.

But unless you are the one that purchased the cover we cannot honor a warranty as they are not transferable. If the dealership you bought the truck from purchased and installed the tonneau cover you would need to reach out to the for a warranty claim.
