I had ordered runningboards for my truck on Saturday evening I immediately realized I ordered the wrong one was able to get in touch with some of your people and explain just cancel that order and re-issue the new order they told me I couldn't do it I had to return it once I get it delivered to me

When I purchased this product online, I was told by the customer rep that since I ordered it online, that if I ever needed warranty work done to the swingbox that I purchased, that Realtruck would take care of it. I purchased the product in November of 2022, so this product is less than a year old, and it's already broken. I just chatted with a Realtruck customer service rep named TJ tonite via their website. TJ was anything but helpful. I am told now that I need to submit the claim myself with the manufacturer to take advantage of the warranty (hopefully I wasn't lied to about this when I purchased the product).
1ST CALL TALKED TO MAN HE DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH CALLED WEEK LATER TALKED TO MAN HE WOULD NOT LISTEN ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED AND SENT WRONG PARTS THE NEXT WEEK I TALKED TO SAME MAN AGAIN AND HE SAID HE WOULD CALL VENDER AND LET ME KNOW IN 24-48 HR STILL NO MESSAGE WEEK LATER SO I HAD A MAN MAKE PARTS TO MOUNT RUNNING BOARDS I THINK I SHOULD GET A PART REFUND THIS IS NOT MY FAULT
Needed a tonneau cover ASAP! Was able to get the same model we have on a different truck in 3 days! The customer service rep even applied a discount!

After multiple phone calls, emails, and follow up phone calls and emails, SOME of my damaged parts were sent. I am still missing parts that showed up broken. This company seems more like a Walmart than helpful truck store. I think they move a lot of product but can't really seem to nail the individual details that differentiate a company from a great company. You are definitely better off finding another store or going to the manufacturer directly. Real truck does not seem to be a great middle man between the customer and the brands.
The steps too short I can only fit one foot going in and out of the truck the steps should be a little more center to the door not satisfy at all

Salesman invoiced wrong product and sent the wrong invoice number. Paid and recognized mistake right away but said it was too late to correct. Had to have product shipped and return it before I can get my money back. Would not change to right product. Will not buy from REALTRUCK again.
