Not completely satisfied with my tonneau cover purchase, 1st off I spoke to a salesperson about shipping, I thought he was very rude & abrasive, I went forward with the purchase anyway, when cover arrived, I noticed what appears to be grease pencil marks on the top & bottom of the cover, I should have stopped installing then, but I need this cover for our upcoming vacation l don't have the time to return the product & wait for another one to be shipped & I think I can get the mark on the top of the cover removed, I'm just surprised that the product was shipped out with these marks on it, where's the quality control?

I ordered a bug deflector and it was defective. Return process was good and uneventful. But my replace bug deflector was supposed to show up in a week. It's been a week and just received updated shipping that it will be at least another week. Now I won't have for a 2,000+ mile trip.

I order some nerf bars and a bug screen and after receiving the products I didn't like either. RealTruck was great at making sure I was able to return these with no issues. I did end up ordering some new, and much more robust nerf bars that I should be receiving in a few days.
