Never in my life have i seen a worse business than readyrefresh. These $#*!s will not let you cancel their service. I called and cancelled then thought it was done. But nope. They kept trying to charge my card! I called again. Cancelled again. Still they kept trying to charge me! Now they have sent me to collections! They also will take months to deliver your order which was the reason I cancelled in the first place. If you are reading this and wondering if you should sign up with them, please DON'T. Do not give these cocklicking, $#*!, needle$#*! $#*! mother$#*!ers one cent of your money!
Great the first two months then slowed down our water delivery. Third month showed uo late and fourth month never showed up at all. I discovered them charging me for TWO dispensers. C. Service rudely told me they will NOT refund for charging us double and still had to pay 107.00 cancelation fee. Lastly told me they cannot delete my credit card information from the company. Very unsatisfying.
When hiring this company, be prepared for an eternal headache. I'm paying every month for a delivery that only comes every two months. When I contacted the company, they ignored it and continued charging... I canceled the service, but let's see if the charges continue... if you want peace of mind, avoid this company.
Been with them since 2020 and almost every delivery has been horrible. Finally decided to cancel and they charge an astronomical cancellation fee
I have problems with water delivery EVERY MONTH! The delivery person never follows instructions, the billing is always incorrect, and the customer service is probably located in a far country, considering the representative's accent. I don't really know why I am still using their services. Very frustraded. DON'T USE READY REFRESH!
Please! Do not go with this company there service and prices changes and is not worth it. I try ed not to give them a Star that's how bad they are
Ready refresh has a almost delivery guy by the name of Niles very professional and knowledgeable and takes time to to give important feedback picked up all empty containers

This company is the WORST. They have NO customer service line, you wait forever to take to someone, get put on hold multiple times, and when you do get through to someone they give you the run-around. My RR dispenser pressure line has BROKEN for the second time in 5 months. NO HELP AT ALL. Do not purchase or rent from this company - you will regret it.
Placed order delivery was changed not by me. I order machine n 3 jugs. Charged 2 x and no order. No one can tell me why oh never received. Scam!
These people are a joke... set up a 10 hour delivery time for a new setup and they never showed up... no call. No anything. Contacted customer service and they said ya it happens. Sorry... like really? I would never in a million years give a single penny to these clowns
My rate is Zero! One of their bottles has a small hose inside the bottle- it was disgusting! I reported it & they ONLY gave me a replacement. Very difficult to connect- worst customer service! I stopped the service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Well, I received delivery of my cooler and 3 bottles of water, albeit a week late. I was told my new delivery was 10/23 and then I got a notice at 5am on 10/24 that the 3 bottles of water had been delivered. No delivery. I sent a chat to customer service and was told the next time they could deliver was 11/8, so 2.5 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. Then, my next delivery is scheduled for 11/20. Unfortunately, I will be cancelling this service. Very disappointed.
We have a recurring order biweekly, and the driver came and took our empty 5-gallon bottles and did not leave our order. We are totally out of water and I have called them to bring our water the their driver did not leave, and they will not help me. They tell me they cannot deliver our order for 5 days. We are out of water and they are the ones who did not leave our order and we have to wait. I'm sorry they should be doing everything possible to get us our order due to their mistake.
Ready Refresh started to overcharge my bank account my bank researched the transactions and agreed it was incorrect. Customer service is not in the U.S. They are very unprofessional and will not give me a corporate office phone number. Why would they charge a late fee? And take out extra money from my bank. My bank noticed fraud and had to cancel my debit card and issue a new one.

I see a lot of reviews saying that customers flat out aren't receiving their orders and/or are being billed and invoiced for them. I've been having the opposite problem and these idiots keep adding recurring deliveries to my account that I have tried clicking 'skip' on and even had their impossible-to-reach agents try to do it for me. I find out they signed every customer up for recurring deliveries apparently and claim that it follows your order preferences from past orders. Well hey morons...I was never ordering water every 2 weeks for my household (try every other month).
They've now made 3 different water deliveries with a ton of water that I didn't choose and, any day now, I'll need to build an ark in my damn sunroom with all of this water in here. If the other reviews are correct I'm looking forward to the wild goose hunt that is cancelling this overpriced, unstable service. There was a reason that I always did One Time purchases. In their defense they HAVE been delivering but who the heck signed me up for *this* much? Because they do deliver they get an extra star but buyer beware.
The beginning of the business was good however this ended tragic. They reschedule without warning. An email or text would've been great. If I wasnt hawking the app, checking the ETA of my expected delivery, I would've never known! How considerate of you to run it by me and make a new date when I run 2 full time jobs it. I arranged the day around the equipment pick up for you to postpone 4 different times and charge me for an extra month of the rental!? Hell no, but I'll give credit to the guy who picked it up. You guys are lucky to have Ed because he was the best part about this entire experience. Anyways, requesting a document stating the account is closed permanently with no further financial obligation. I've been on the phone 2 different times. Days ago I called, said to email the following, did and of course got no results. I've been on hold for 50min. Writing this review just for a piece of mind. UPDATE: They finally sent an email, for document request of accounts canceled, no joke, only my First name. Not even account number. The lack of detail is insulting and is also the work of a supervisor. The women, who took my call, she earns the most credit. She's the one who finally got the job done.
I would not recommend this service. Customer service is based in the Phillipines. Which half the people answering the phones can't speak clear English. I have been on the phone for over 90 mins trying to resolve a billing issue. I hung up and called what I thought was the corporate number but, of course I got sent back to the Phillipines for another 45 mins and counting. They don't even deserve one start for their customer service.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
