Horrible service. Charged my boss twice with no product delivery. Hung up on me when I tried to cancel. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Time spent on this at least 1.5 hours from start to finish.
ReadyRefresh wrongly charged us for servicing our water cooler, despite it being part of our service plan. When we contacted them, they assured us of a credit. However, during the subsequent water delivery, their system failed to apply the credit, leading to an overdraft in our bank account. Despite the assurances from a manager, promising a delivery within two days, along with three complimentary bottles of water and a refund for the erroneous charge, none of these commitments were honored. Three days later, we received neither water nor a refund. This isn't the first time we've experienced issues with ReadyRefresh, but this incident has been especially disappointing. Their management's lack of integrity and consistent failure to fulfill contractual obligations make them a service to avoid at all costs – they are not to be trusted.
There is a SURPRISE $50 charge I did not know about (never signed THAT!) when you turn in your water dispenser. SURPRISE! One last charge they did not tell you about. On top of the poor customer service and the UPcharges they add, and the discounts they conveniently forget. YES another reason NOT to USE these clowns.!
I have been a customer so called their Readyrefresh Hydration Superhero (readyrefresh.com) for 4 years. I am forced to get their cleaning service so that I get 5-gallon bottled water for at least $7.00 delivered less. Good deal. But did we mention gifts? Gifts & surprises we know you'll love

I never got them. Why pay them at least $115 a year to get discounted delivered and cleaning when the cleaning does not protect one if they own their water dispenser to damage. On the 4th year the so called "Professional" left me with a non-working water dispenser.

Customer assumes risk of loss or damage to the Equipment and Bottles in Customer's possession and is responsible for all liability resulting from their use and operation. Customer will pay Company upon demand costs to repair or replace any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed Equipment and/or Bottles, as determined by Company. Customer will, to the full extent permitted by law, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any loss, damage, liability, cost, fine or expense, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with this Agreement. This provision will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

When I complained by phone the rep hard to understand and not in America had no idea what I was talking about He just read off scripts. Went to a higher level more no help.
My complaint was after the so-called tech cleaned my 4-year-old bottled water dispenser stopped working I was that I was not protected to fix by this unless I leased one of their dispensers. I was also told that was were nothing disconnected in the cleaning process. How is this possible? It is now about 4 week's that I was told that someone would get back to me and it never happened. My dispensers have specific cleaning processes. Give us another choice for hydration super hero than the not so professional Cleaning make it $40.00 of free samples once a year for example. What do you think?

I was receiving good service up until February 2024 the delivery driver left me 2 dirty water bottles they were covered on the outside with a white powder substance it had a funny smell I started sneezing abd my pants were covered with the powder. I called Ready Refresh spoke with a gentleman he reimbursed my money but they didn't analyze powder that was on the bottles never heard feedback. March 5 received 2 bottles with the same powder residue on both bottles I called customer service they did nothing and I still have these 2 bottles I have been very sick since this incident. Ready Refresh has done nothing I'm canceling my contract with them. They are not to be trusted..
For the last 4 to 5 months we have to call them every month due to there scheduling conflicts. Every month they give us a date for delivery and it hasn't come when they say. They will email date and time and do not show up. At least a week week and a half late. You end up spending more money bc you must but bottle to get thru, and then when the order does come in but only get 3 5 gallons instead of 5. Looking for another water delivery
Been with Ice Mountain(Ready Refresh) since July 2002...service use to be great but lately since 2019 the service is terrible. They don't deliver on the date they suppose to. I get a different delivery person 98% of the time. When you pay bill online they do not send receipt to your email. I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY SERVICE AND TRY ANOTHER WATER DELIVERY SERVICE. (COMPLAINT LEFT ON THURSDAY 2-22-2024).

This is the worst business to deal with and don't give them your credit card information because they will continue to bill you. I bought my cooler on 9/29/2021 and I am still being billed in 2024. I changed my bank account and Ready Refresh sent me statements. Please stay away from this company.

Given how many bad reviews there are on this company I really shouldn't waste my time writing one. At this point thou it's principal. I cannot tell you the complete horror show of this company. If ANYTHING goes wrong you're screwed. They have zero depts! All they have is a person that will apologize there is no one there to help you…EVER I waited 18 mos to try to talk to someone spent approx 40 labor hours they said they escalated it and escalated it and then after 15 phone calls they said they had no record of me calling. I cannot say enough bad things about this company hopefully no way you can operate like this and still retain customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Most disgusting company I have ever done business with! Terminated them over a year ago...They would continuously not deliver my water & would bill my account like they had. Would call NON CUSTOMER SERVICE to try & correct it each time & was like talking to a wall since they would never correct the problem! I received a so called promotion in the mail recently. Turns out they actually doubled the price of their 5 gallon spring water to $16... UNBELIEVABLE! More per gallon than a gallon of gas! How this company is still in business is AMAZING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
The best part about Ready Refresh's service is that it pushed me to become autonomous in my filtered water drinking-- I now have a Berkey, cold pitcher, electric kettle, and these methods that sustain me to the point where I can close my RR account. Thank goodness-- they SUCK. Honestly. Forget all the exorbitant fees that they sneak up on you (make sure to set a reminder to cancel or call to negotiate after your sign-up fee deal ends, or prices will quintruple). The worst is that they just constantly reschedule delivery, disrespecting your time and energy on the regular. If you live in any kind of strict environment, such as a condo like me, it causes grief with the building when they don't come as scheduled, because it's not allowed to leave bottles out (fire hazard). Also, I went to great lengths to have my equipment picked up on time as I had to arrange with the concierge to hold it, since I wasn't home. I called and spoke to the managers about this and they assured me the date would not be moved. It's been over a week, moved at least 6 times, each time I called and spoke to a supervisor, who assured me it wouldn't happen again. It's like a joke at this point. The branch just cannot honor their delivery days, don't give a crap about what the escalation supervisors say to them, and it feels extraordinarily disrespectful. The changing deliveries is one of the main reasons I canceled, along with sneaky prices. And, now I know, even when you call and specifically arrange a time to pick up that is honored, they don't give a crap. Arlington, VA -- YOUR BRANCH IS HORRIBLE. They probably all are, but special shout out to them. They truly suck. Good riddance and thank you for being SO horrible that I was motivated to be free of you.
I have been using ready fresh for a year now. And it has been a great experience. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this company. I had a chance to directly speak to the owner on the phone when I was having some financial difficulties. He even gave me a discount. Because of readyfresh I stop been anxious about carrying big water bottles from the store. Can you imagine lifting groceries and a water? My water bottles are dropped at the front porch ans it's a relive.
I will do a free commercial for them to promote their products

So, I decided to check my invoices recently, because I noticed the monthly fees stayed the same for the first 6 months after buying their service from a door-to-door salesperson in my gated community, which clearly says not solicitation, but I said... why not? After 6 months, the fees started to incrementally increase by a few dollars each month with no forewarning. The only thing that prompted me to check, was because I received and e-mail that the cost of their service would increase at some point in Q1 this year. Low and behold, not only were they gradually increasing the costs each months, but there were multiple months where I was double charged. I'm curious to know how many other users noticed this and I advise you to check your account to make sure it didn't happen to you. I was essentially paying $90/month, for a service i originally agreed to for $29.99. It stayed that way for a few months, and next thing you know... $33, $35, $36. All the way till it hit $44 and I called them.
* Delivery schedule is extremely hard to manage, when i receive the notification of email / text, it is already finalized
* Late fee is insane. I call many times asking for refund. Their payment system sucks, and I never receive any notification if the payment fails. They just want to steal money from you.
ReadyRefresh is the worst! Since day 1! They delivered the wrong equipment and doubled my water order and charged twice. When I tried to call customer service, no response. Constantly rescheduling my monthly delivery and we're left rationing our water supply until the next delivery. Then when I finally have had enough and cancelled the account they still charged my account for a delivery I didn't receive, plus a $52 refurbishing fee for the equipment. Six months and I spent $500 on water. This is ridiculous! Don't do it!

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
