I canceled this service after not receiving equipment and being charged anyway I got my money refunded now 9 months later they are calling me and sending me threatening letters to pay for services I never had. I will be suing this company and I suggest anyone stay far away acct number ending:*******
We have used Ready Refresh to service our small business in South Daytona for DECADES. Since COVID they have zero customer service and shipped their Support Off Shore...needless to say, there were a lot of errors. We finally changed to a larger Customer Oriented Name Brand service and are delighted. We stopped our service in August of 2023, the Coolers were picked up, all used and unused bottles were picked up and signed for by the driver. I confirmed on line and with "Customer Service" the account was closed. Fortunately I was smart enough, given the history, to remove my autopay information after the final bill. Yesterday I received a Collection Notice from some low end collection agency for money we do not owe. They said they can't help me, to call Ready Refresh, called Ready Refresh, "Off Shore Customer Service", not only could they not help me, they could not understand what I was talking about and told me to call the collection company.
I scanned ALL my notes, Names, Dates and Times of people I spoke with confirming all paid up, copy of zero balance receipt to the Low End Collection Company.
Still no response from either. I am all about customer service, going above and beyond, these folks don't even provide any type of service and are wanting payment for things I do not have in my possession.
Very frustrating, so if you like being treated poorly and can handle zero customer care or service, this is the Company for you.

When you offer an app for customers to see the amount to be charged and you don't show on that app the right amount what's the customer supposed to do? And on top of you give yourself the courtesy to postpone the delivery because the precious pre-approval didn't go through. This service is just BS 😂😂😂 coolers for rent keep leaking and vibrating in your home oouuh 🤣🤣🤣
This company is horrible. The delivery drivers are horrible the customer service is horrible my entire experience with them was terrible I would never recommend any to use them and they continue to try to bill and charge me for equipment I no longer have trying to tell me bs abt a prior charge and if you ask to speak with a supervisor another jackass gets on the phone and it's the same service I rate this company a zero out of ten! I do not recommend

We've been a long time ready refresh customer. Some things i'm not at all pleased with. Especially trying to schedule a cleaning visit. They get cancelled. Nobody calls back. Nobody shows.
But, this time Shane showed up and we will specifically request shane for our dispenser cleaner services. He's efficient, very pleasant and very customer oriented. I'd highly recommend him on behalf of the ready refresh cleaning service.

I am sickened by this company. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. They have attractive sales people come in to push their product and then once you sign up all they do is harass you. I had enough and I am sure I paid for my machine with their rental plus and then they have the gault to charge a restoration fee of $50.00 for a machine I gave back in perfect condition. I called customer service to contest their fee and got no where. They had the further gault to want me back. These people remind me of the pushing sales people for OxyContin. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
I ordered glass water from them three weeks ago, and I still have not received my order. Every time it gets to the delivery date it does not show up or it says out of stock or they have some excuse on why it's not there. You contact customer support and you get the runaround. Don't waste your time with this company. They are useless.
DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF. SAVE THE DRAMA OF NEVER GETTING A DELIVERY ON SCHEDULE AND HEARING ALL OF THE EXCUSES THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE. GO TO SAM'S, BJ'S, OR COSTCO AND BUY YOUR WATER, SINCE YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER TO GET IT FROM THEM. THEY CAN'T EVEN KEEP THE SCHEDULE TO COME AND PICK UP THEIR EQUIPMENT AFTER YOU CANCEL THEM. I AM DONE WITH THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. IF YOU COULD RATE THEM NEGATIVE I WOULD!
If I could rate the company minus a star I would. Zero customer service along with high price. Very hard to have phone contact with the company.
Let me just start by say DONT DO IT! Everything was kosher for the first month but then they started changing the price and overcharging me. Every time I called customer service I got gaslight so hard. Con artists!
Have been using them for half a year, unit does not produce hot or cold water so it's always room temp. Old card got stolen and had to cancel it, they delivered water for 3 months before I noticed I wasn't paying, they added an extra 20 bucks a month (roughly 60% of the services cost) and when I called them they replied with "we called you once and sent you a text" last text was in September before my card went missing and they called me at 11 am in the middle of my work shift. Worst customer service Iv dealt with in a while. Canceling now.
Delivery is every month, they have 30 days to get it right and still screwed up... Walmart level service, I don't need it.

I signed up for water delivery on the 15th of November 2023. Water, plus the equipment was supposed to be delivered today November 27. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery of the water. The water was supposed to be delivered between 2 PM and 6 PM. at around 4:30 PM. I received an email from the company Telling me that they attempted to deliver, but there was nobody home. This is a lie. My wife and I have been home all day waiting for the delivery. Nobody showed up. Nobody knocked on the door. Nobody rang the bell nobody came. I understand if you're running out of time or something went wrong, but do not lie to my face. Don't Tell me that I deliver was attempted because it wasn't. I canceled the service today. Hopefully money will be refunded within the next two weeks.
Received a delivery reminder on November 19 for a November 21 delivery. Didn't get the order.
Contacted customer service 3 times, but never received a reply. Then contacted the COO on LinkedIn and got crickets.
Finally got a hold of a rep on November 27 and they told me it's my fault.
These people don't care about their customers. They just want to make money and get their bonus check. They create stupid systems and then let their customer service reps take the heat.
They are the worst delivery water service. They never have delivered my water on the due date. I have to wait an extra 4 days to get it delivered. They know they are the only water delivery servive in The tristate area it should be better than this. They should change the name to Never Refresh.
The website doesn't work. When trying to cancel my account, I ended up in some offshore customer service call center. Terrible.
I've been trying to return my dispenser and 4 empty jugs since July 2023. ReadyRefresh continually gives me scheduled dates and never show up. I sit and wait to no avail. I had a "re-scheduled date for today 11/17/23. They never showed up. They apologizes and read from their script and never honor their word. I have offered to return the products to their Lanham office but they won't accept them.
I don't know what to do at this point. I just want my account free and clear.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
