Worst Ever

Multiple issues with this company. They would always reschedule or cancel my deliveries. The driver once canceled claiming my driveway was icy, though there was no ice but dry dirt. And the driver constantly delivered more bottles than ordered, when they actually showed up. I used them for 2 months and had all these issues! I canceled my account.

2.) You cannot reach them via e-mail
3.) You cannot reach them through their website
4.) They will reschedule your deliveries without notification
5.) They will not refund for any poor services
6.) They will gladly take your money and provide horrible service
7.) I feel bad for the delivery driver as ours is incredible but the company he is employed by is a joke
8.) IF you get to a customer service rep you are yelled at
9.) Customer service reps are very difficult to understand
10.) Customer service reps are unaware of what information they are providing
11.) You will NEVER speak to a supervisor
12.) I could go on and on so bottom line, find another provider for your water deliveries.

I have been a Nestle Ready Refresh customer for a long time, and never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service as I had in the past 5 months. My service is hardly ever on time... usually being delivered at least two days after the originally scheduled time. In March, the driver delivered two days after it was scheduled and did not even bring my bottles to my door. Instead, he left the bottles outside of my apartment building for the public to steal. Furthermore, the 5 empty bottles were never retrieved. As a result, one of the bottles was stolen from the hallway. I called customer service and explained what had happened, and I was guaranteed that this wouldn't happen again, and a driver would be out the following day to pick up the empty bottles. No one ever came. In April, the driver arrived two days after it was scheduled. Because of the March fiasco, I was reluctant to set my empty bottles out the night before. Instead, I set them in the hallway at 7:30 a.m., the morning of delivery. By 7 pm, there was no delivery, no pick-up, and no phone call with the new delivery time. The next day, I set the bottles out, still no delivery. I brought them back in. The following day, a delivery was made, but because of my past experiences with them, I did not set them out and my empty bottles were not retrieved. This past Tuesdsy, (May's delivery), the driver, again, left my bottles outside of the apartment building, did not pick up the now 9 empty bottles, and will not come back until Friday to pick them up. My apartment has been broken for about two weeks now, so it doesn't even require a code to open, but simply a regular tug. This means that the driver didn't even try to make a delivery. This all happened AFTER I called early this morning to explain what has been happening in the past, to verify delivery, and to verify that they STILL had my door code.

This is VERY disappointing. I am not a fan of your service anymore, and after 6 years, I have cancelled my account. I will never use any of Nestle's services or any of your other water home delivery affiliates. I will be sure to share my horrible experience with my friends, family, and anyone else who could read my review on various websites.

Not dependable

They have you waiting all day and keep changing your deliver date.
You find out when you call that your delivery date has been changed. Went through this several times. They are overwhelmed and need to change the service. Hire more workers. The customers suffer.

Delivery comes out of New Haven. They canceled my delivery twice with no explanation. Call customer service to get a recording that they had such a high volume of calls that they couldn't take my call-try again later! Are you kidding me? The worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

Plastic on the water

I worked with this company over a year and i was very happy with beside few times they weren't on time... last week a found a piece of plastic on my 5 gallon Can u imagine a Plastic!
After contact them, they apologized and offered to change my water unfortunally i won't be able to trust them anymore with the water me and my family drink so I decide to cancel my account with them... Please be carefull with the water u drink and look inside the bottles.

I signed up for water service in August of 2016. They delivered water on the scheduled delivery date about 10% of the time. Not an exaggeration! Customer service was a joke. They often offered me a $5 credit on my next deliver but I could never get water delivered. Sometimes they were a month and a half out. I cancelled my service in September 2017 and had the audacity of charging me a pick up fee. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. DO NOT USE THEM!

Horrible Service!

My delivery date was changed without notification - tried calling the company a few times and system disconnects automatically. Had I not checked on delivery status, I would have never found out my delivery date was changed. Don't bother. I cancelled my subscription.

Horrible

My delivery was set for thursday got a text that my water was delivered get home 3 empty coolers still outside no new water promised delivery friday never showed never called called customer rescheduled for monday maybe. This is ridiclous..

If you are thinking of ordering bottle water from Nestle Ready Refresh, think again. Their delivery is erratic and i am now 10 days late on a deliver. Worst of all is their customer service who lie and tell you anything to appease you.

My advice is never to get involved in this mess of a business or you will have nothing but never ending aggravation,
