Started delivery service with this company July 2025. July deliver - fine. August - fine. September - delivery was fine but they double charged me for the cooler unit rental. October, November, December - double charged for unit rental each month and kept cancelling deliveries. They kept moving the date, never telling me until after the supposed delivery date had passed.
December 11,2025 - I called and cancelled my service. At this point, I'd read hundreds of terrible reviews of this company online and I went ahead and reported my credit card (on file, they wouldn't let me remove it) as lost. So I got a new card that they cannot charge (my account is still at $0.00). They've scheduled at least 15 dates to come and pick up the cooler unit and the empty bottles but still haven't shown up to actually do it. I'm moving it back inside and will use it for free until they can be bothered to show up. It's been nearly 2 fulls months since they were supposed to come and get it the first time.

Inconsistent deliveries if you get a delivery at all. Customer service is a joke, I should say lack of customer service. Missed deliveries, they reschedule at the last minute, the company reschedules then doesn't show. I would have given a zero star, but they don't offer. Oh and check your bill, constant overcharge or driver adds a tip on.
ReadyRefresh is one of the most expensive and least honest companies I've dealt with! Their prices are ridiculously high, and they're not upfront about costs or changes. I've faced surprise charges and unreliable service. People should be aware and think twice before doing business with them.
I received my second delivery and was charged for some cups that I did not order. The price for the delivery is the same price as if I purchased the water in the store. On top of that they charged me a fee for using my credit card. I will be canceling my service... I will get my water in the grocery store for now on.
I've been with Ready Refresh since 2023 I am canceling my account for good today... I should've done this long time ago. Who has time to get on the phone, wait for hours to talk to someone? They never have supervisor to talk to... I have to call them every month, because they ether miss my delivery or they're telling me that my CC declined... Delivery guys don't pay attention to the instructions, here to leave the gallons. Sometimes they leave the 5 gallons of water in front of my door or on the side stairs. So now I get charged for the empty bottles they didn't take... WORST COMPANY
This is the worst run company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They deliver water when you don't want it, and then refuse to take it back. I have more bottles in my apartment than I can use in months and they refuse to take them back. Very unethical. Now they want to raise the price of everything, product, equipment rental and delivery. CROOKS.
As a company we expect our monthly delivery on time. They are never on time but we receive numerous emails they are on there way. So, scheduling means nothing and prices are way high.
Looking for a new water company
My credit card on file happened to expire. They decided to UNskip the delivery, and make the delivery I skipped. They then billed me nearly $100 because of the delivery I skipped! I called customer service who was rude and did absolutely nothing. They said the delivery unskipped automatically because the card was rejected. How's that make sense? I explained that I skipped the delivery and the only reason why this happened was because a card on file happened to expire. They threatened to put me into collections and destroy my credit worthiness with the credit bureaus if I did not pay. I was forced against my will to pay for the skipped delivery that they took upon themselves to unskip all because the card had expired. This company infuriates me beyond belief! Let's not even mention the yearly fee increases! Every single year they increase costs. This company is not ethical and should be shut down.
My delivery was scheduled for 12/20. I received an email saying it was on the way. I then received an email at 5PM saying it was delivered. IT WAS NOT. When I called their answer was it said it was delivered but they did not have a picture like they usually have. They said the earliest they could provide the water was 12/24. I said that was unacceptable because it would be after my gathering. I am recovering from cancer surgery which involved the removal of a kidney so pure water is necessary. Their answer was too bad, they could not do any better. I said I would like to cancel my order and they said okay and it would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money. This is not acceptable. The attitude I got was certainly not customer friendly. I would NEVER recommend this company.
I am a manager at a multi million dollar corporation and we rely on these water deliveries for our prospect and residents. For the past 6-8 months none of our deliveries were on time, some of them were marked as delivered and they were NOT, our most recent delivery we were suppose to get 27 cases but they only gave us 13. Just horrible. I WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone. IF I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD!
Horrible services. You can't trust Readyfresh with your water dispenser, I requested a cleaning for my water dispenser, I was charged $99, however, after they did the cleaning my water dispenser never worked again, when i called the company their recommendation was to rent one from for $120 per year. So, I honestly think the guy purposely damaged my water dispenser to force me into renting or buying a new one from them. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up. It is impossible to cancel. It is a FRAUD.
Never received any equipment or anything from them. Trying to cancel and they are making me pay for the equipment I never received
I don't write negative reviews often but this service is absolutely TERRIBLE and i honestly regret doing business with them.

No rules followed. Randomly doing what they want. They leave cases out on the road and say go figure. Just why do they exist? I am a senior. I pay them extra to help me and week after week they fall and keep verbally saying sorry and doing NOTHING
The delivery experience was frustrating not follow the delivery instruction for the second time! I recently ordered a water to be deliver inside the garage and ring the doorbell which never happen, end up they deliver on the driveway and the Pest control company came a spray all the yard and the garden near the driveway and the company expected to have that water
Readyrefresh was double charging my card twice and they said they delivered 12 5gallons bottles of water which I never ordered or got. Asking me to pay over $200 including late fees where they decided to call me 4 months later and saying I can void the charges if it's over 30days...

I just contacted customer service to establish an account. I am a lifetime nj resident with English as my first language. I also speak fluent Spanish with 40 years doing so. The customer service rep I just spoke with was clearly not competent in either language. The woman I spoke with was totally unintelligible. Reception was clear and without background noise on both ends. No business could possibly be conducted under these conditions. A bad experience and the loss of a sizable commercial account with one phone call. DO BETTER.
I rented a water machine from refresh when I want to put the 5 gallon water bottle on in the machine on top all the water spilt out the bottom they sent me a machine with no guts no working parts on the inside. I have 5 gallons of water on my kitchen floor they are a scam company do not Give them any information about you. Do not sign any contracts with them now they're trying to get me to pay for the water that they're faulty machine spilled all over my floor. Ready Refresh is a $#*! company.
They charged me 4 times for the amount of products.then told me they were going to rectify the situation and my delivery would be coming on July 11th.I waited till 9 pm and nothing.when I called back next morning they gave the run around about the situation and still no delivery or refund.highly DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPAY FOR BUSINESSES OR FOR PERSONAL USE!
If there were zero stars I'd give zero. They constantly messed up deliveries, missing items being charged for etc. Tried to close the account and stop the auto pay charges to credit card. They do not answer their phones or electronic communications.
I contacted them thru their contactusrr.us.nestle.com on 7/1/2022@ 6:17pm, 7/12/2022 at 6:14pm also thru emails at *******@billing.readyrefresh.com 8/5/2022 at 11:33pm and 11/26/2022 at 5:23pm ----I could not get a call back or any response to close the account...and they had the nerve to send a balance to debt collectors. Use anyone but these guys!
They are very irresponsible, they tell you something and is another, the very first thing they did to me was not fulfill the delivery on time and the day it was schedule, then I schedule for installation of a filter and they did not came either, now they said on the website is going to be for Tuesday June eleven. They do not call the customer to let them know when it is a problem they are a real unfamiliar situation to customers, then they got agents that you can not understand what they are saying because of language barrier and problems with communication, they charge your card without giving the correct service. There is no service Saturday and Sunday and no way to communicate with them.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
