Terrible company, from customer service all the way to delivery. Every order is a problem. They either deliver the wrong products, don't come for delivery or deliver to the wrong home. When they do either that I mentioned, you have to wait another week for them to try to rectify. You end up purchasing bottles from elsewhere while you thought you had a delivery system in place. After waiting on the customer service line for approximately half hr, they just might tell you what you want to hear but don't fall for it cause they're lying. NO STARS! Had to give 1 just to post review. Photo of no delivery today again.
I had an awful experience with a water delivery service. I waited for three Wednesdays, but my delivery never came. The customer service was unhelpful and gave conflicting information, making matters worse. I'll be looking for a different provider due to this disappointing experience.
I had a horrible experience from this company. They sent me the damaged dispenser and never took it back or exchanged. They kept on changing the delivery dates and price for the water. They are scammers do not do any business with them.

I came in on a promotion from where they came to ALL of our houses and offer the service yet never on time. And this month I didn't get any at all. They overcharge you for BS. And they send out faulty machinery
I do not recommend this company due to the terrible drivers. Want to give zero stars. This is not the first time every delivery they leave bottles like this. We have to go and carry it. Today they left 4 bottles while they are charging us 5 bottles. Never pick up empty bottles as they leave bottles somewhere. Our office is their storage.
They always had delivered re scheduled for the services of my order,sometimes 2 weeks or more. They must improve for the delivery services on time.
Highly unprofessional and unreliable service – I strongly advise against using them for businesses! They consistently fail to meet delivery deadlines, frequently reschedule without notice, and have a habit of making false claims about their deliveries. To make matters worse, they neglect to pick up empty bottles as promised. It's a nightmare trying to reach their customer service manager, as it takes hours and multiple attempts, often resulting in frustrating 'dropped calls.' As a medical practice, we rely heavily on a steady water supply for our patients and medical personnel, and this has been an absolutely horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and save your valuable time and money by seeking an alternative service provider.

Ready Fresh is the absolute worst company I've EVER experienced. Their Customer Service is, by far, lacking in all areas! They continue to charge my account a monthly rental charge for a dispenser that we own. When I call about this issue, they ALWAYS have a different reason for the monthly charge. Come on guys…at least get your notes correct. They even gave me a credit on my account several months ago because they said "they realised their mistake". However, they continue to charge my account this monthly fee.
You should be ashamed. No wonder your rating is so bad. You should do something to change this. Evidently, you don't even care.
I have a $51.90 credit on my account because they kept overcharging me and finally started just deducting the amount but with this new customer service team, I was told they need to pre-authorize $43. For what?! They owe me money. They have never done that before. How do you charge me when you OWE me money?
Was only ok for the first few months, then it got bad, real bad. No service I've ever used has been quite this bad. They stopped delivering the water for months on end, made up excuses, gave me wrong orders, tried to sell me stuff I didn't want, make it very difficult to "get out" of the "service." Now they have the nerve to have a commercial where they come to your house and save the day with their water. Let me tell you, more luck finding water in the desert than with Not Ready To Refresh.
I was so excited to sign up with this water delivery company due to the fact that drinking the pipe water makes me sick so I never have drank it in the 10 years of living in this country. I always have bought bottled water from BJ's and supermarkets in cases and to now to solve my issue excitedly signed up at Bjs. First delivery went ok with equipment second delivery they left the bottles on ground floor I live in a 2 floor building and also delivered the wrong amount of bottles. Also I never received the promised bjs gift card that you are supposed to get after signing up I called so many times. Fourthly this company will make miscellaneous $2 charges on your account and you can't ever remove a card even if you close your account. They are a disorganized mess. I've never hated a company as much. Such a disgrace!
Twice i was given a date for a delivery. Put bottles out - they never showed up when i called the first time they said delivery date was changed never contacted me to tell me. Second time i received text we are on our way - never showed up. When i called again they said date was changed again no contact from them their customer service reps are liars totally incompetent company.
Unfortunately I had to choose 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. READY REFRESH is THE WORSE delivery service EVER! Absolutely NOTHING GOOD about it! Delivery is no good, they change the days constantly, don't show up then show up on random day and you miss getting empty bottles back for credit. THEN after they "F" up your delivery service the billing dept screws you some more by adding fees they never tell you about charging ridiculous amounts of money for them to send you a bill. They love to tack on late fees randomly and way too quick. Try calling customer service? They are clueless and cannot ever help with the billing OR delivery. When I attempted to cancel service and asked them to pick up empty bottles because I had 15, they told me they could not schedule to pick up bottles. Told me I had to order cases of 16 oz water bottles in order for them to come pick up empty 5 gallon bottles for my credit! WHAT?! Company is a nightmare and NOT WORTH the BS. Stay far away!
Worse experience with a sneaky company, constsnt increases in prices on water, delivery fee, rental dispensing unit, and rude uneducated customer support. And when I called to cancel, no one knew what they were doing, got transferred 3 times, they stated I had 3 different access, perhaps why they sent me 3 different bills, then a refund check, then another bill! TERRIBLE!
I've been with them for almost 2 years and since 6/2023 they delivery services has been the worse. My June order took 2 weeks to come after initial delivery date.I skipped July (still got charged) and my august delivery was scheduled for 8/28/23 pushed to 8/31. My order was scheduled to arrive between 1:45pm and 5:45pm and I received a message at 3:30pm saying your delivery was rescheduled but don't worry you'll receive it 9/5/23. I talk to someone who sends me to someone else who says I'll call you back in a few hours and never called back but I got a message saying thanks for order your delivery will be 9/1/23. Now we here today and it rescheduled again after saying it's on the way so now my new date is 9/6/23 and customer service is down because I keep getting disconnected. So because of this situation I've been buy cases of water every other day expecting my water and it not arriving. I have this service because I drink about 1 1/2 gallons of water a day so I'm drinking about 12+ bottles a day smh.oh did I mention they got they money already and charged me for a month I skipped
This company deploys several deceptive tactics that I don't like. First, after about 6 months of service they try to go up in price and you have to call over and over to discuss with a live person which does take considerable amount of time to do. Second, nowhere was it disclosed to me that once I terminated my service I was going to be charged a $50.00 reconditioning fee for the dirty, used cooler they gave me. This also doesn't set well with me since I was not informed about this upfront. Third, their customer service is horrible, its extremely difficult to get to a human being to get answers from. For these reasons, I regret using them and would not recommend them to others. Had I known there would be hidden fees and attempts to increase my price during the time I used them I would have skipped them. You are better off just to buy a cooler and go refill 5 gallon bottles on your own in town for $1.25 each. Trust. Me this service is not worth the hassle and headache.
I was a customer for many years and experienced price increase after price increase, but I always let it go, as I enjoyed the convenience of the water deliveries. But then the water cooler I was renting from them also went up to $16.25 per month. Without warning, last month (July, 2023), they raised my water cooler fee to a whopping $32.00 per month. This was the last straw for me. I called and asked them to pick up the cooler, which resulted in a $50.00 fee! Watch out for this company and watch out for all the fees. I hung in there for a while, but unfortunately, when I did an average cost of goods, taxes. Fees, etc., my average price for a 5-gallon bottle of water was $17.00 each.
They act like we are at their mercy, not so, because without customers, they don't have a business. Yes, we allow this company to patronize us. It's time to stop ordering anything from ReadyRefresh namely Blue Trion!

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
