This company is terrible. I was charge 77 dollars 3 times in the same month saying I didn't pay in June. Meanwhile I payed 81.77 on June. The company is horrible never again I will make them take my money. I'm going to create a big case on this one.
They went up on their prices and if you cancel the service because you can't afford to pay the new amount the b*stards charge you a $50 return equipment reconditioning fee. If I can't afford to keep the service how can I afford to pay a $50 return equipment fee. This company is a rip off.
I went off on them because they tried to over charge me for months I didn't receive water after paying them double just so my bill could be ahead plus I never got my water for this month they said they don't have enough drivers and that business is bad still got no waters cancelled service they have not came and got their equipment now I'm stuck with 8 empty bottles
We have this service for a business but will be canceling. A typical water delivery will be rescheduled 3-4 times per delivery. They never listen to instructions given and constantly show up outside of business hours. The last cleaning was rescheduled 7 times. It still has not happened. We end up purchasing water at the grocery store. There is no point to this service.
I will no longer be getting delivery service from ready. Refresh they reschedule every time I place an order and I wanted a big order for this weekend. They rescheduled twice in two days they don't apologize. The very unprofessional would not do business with them ever again I recommend going to another water delivery service that would be much cheaper anyway they're very expensive.
I would give them zero stars if it was an option. We signed up for service through SAMS Club. They scheduled the original delivery for 8/14 and never showed up. I called and they reset the appointment for 8/17. No one showed up the second time either. I called today and canceled service. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time.
Hidden costs, fluctuating fees - but great delivery team members. When we started with ever fresh, we rented a cooler and water service and paid roughly $35/month; 4 years later, we were paying $80 every three weeks, of which $21 was for the cooler rental, which, if we had bought, would have cost us $150 (being generous). We ended our service, and they offered us discounted pricing (which they said they could offer when we complained about price increases during our service), charged us a $50 cooler refreshing fee, and $21 for the cooler rental for the two weeks that it took for their team to pick it up.
My company has been utilizing ReadyRefresh for several years. If you tend to order all the time; same order; there usually aren't problems. The problem comes when you try to change orders or have a concern about delivery or the cooler/dispenser not working. They have poor-to-no documentation of transactions. Fortunately I kept e-mails from escalating issues to supervisors. Yesterday I was on hold; dropped; back, and transferred to at least 4 different reps, and on the line for nearly 2 hours to correct a--what should have been--simple request (either fixing or replacing a defective cooler/dispenser). I cancelled service, but am still getting e-mails about deliveries that have been cancelled. Delivery-drivers were no-call's/ no-shows for the last, two scheduled scheduled appointments to replace the cooler/dispenser. I don't think bad reviews make any difference for this very-poorly-run company. Wish it would make a difference. Wish they would have taken our concerns seriously, but they offshore service, and the reps are obviously not able to effectively perform the essential functions of their job (or, they're not empowered to do so, and don't have the tools to do the job). It's the company. Horrible.
Keeps reopening my account.
I closed the account and received an email confirming: "This email serves as confirmation that your service with ReadyRefresh has been cancelled, effective on 01/30/2023. We have scheduled the pick-up of your 5 Gallon NPL Empties and Ambient & Cold Water Dispenser (No Spill) on Feb 9,2023."
I, then received an email that they were sending me water on July 29th and they even tried to bill my account. After fighting with them again, they stopped.
Today I receive another email about their delivery policy being updated and it will affect my delivery for August 18th.
They have awful service, I called customer service and all I get is they couldn't find a supervisor to talk to me. REALLY!? What a horrible company.

I can't even give them one star. They are the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. I had to close my account because I found myself buying water from BJ's because I was getting my deliveries late. Today the 17th of August they were supposed to pick up the empty bottles that belong to them and they are not here yet. Time frame they gave me is 8:55am to 12:55pm. They can't even do that right. They are terrible. They haven't given me my refund cause they haven't picked up their bottles.
Terrible company. We rented a water cooler and received 5-6 jugs of water per month. It started pretty well then out of nowhere we kept receiving price increases without warning. They also tried to schedule extra deliveries to scam us. Several times we called to complain and we got the new charges removed. After 2 years and approximately 8-10 calls and being lied to, we decided to cut the chord. DO NOT use this company to deliver water. Buy a water cooler on line and fill your own jugs if possible!
Company has charged me twice for delivery never received. Told me they were no longer serving our town and then left water. Tried to get answers from customer service and they were the rudest most uninformed staff and always turned the failed system on the purchaser. Absolutely horrible company.
We dont have good quality water in our town. Been with RR 30 YEARS. After numerous delivery problems and rates increases we are thoroughly disgusted. They even charge u to change delivery date and will reschedule u with notice!
Relative living here now is allergic to chlorine so we need bottled water. Onto a new company. Tired of paying $100/month for 5 5gal bottles
Had to cancel service. Never deliver on the day they say. Over billing. Had to take off for them to pick up cooler and bottles never showed up. But can deliver water when didn't order it. Why would I order 4-5 gallons when I just ordered that one week earlier
I am irritated frustrated all in one I live in East Palo Alto California I'm a new customer got my first order next order is not until the 28th of this month which is August but ran out of water last month went to the app put in for a new delivery date the 3rd of August I'm thinking I'm fixing to get water okay I'll go back in the app they skip the delivery I'm like okay I put a new delivery in for the 10th of August I even called customer service and spoke to them they said yes your delivery is the 10th of August I said well I went in the after this skipped he said no your order is the 10th of August so it's the 9th I look up in there it still say skipped a whole week it was saying delivery date the 10th of August I go in there today and it says skipped next delivery not into September 28th what is going on here is it the location because if you go across the street with a billionaires live at but when you come over here it's a problem politics is real I just need my water y'all have no problem with taking the money but y'all got a problem with doing deliveries real life

EVERY DELIVERY DAY IT GETS PUCHED TO THE NEXT DAY, THEN THE NEXT, UNTIL NOW I AM OUT BUYING WATER FROM STORES! THE ONE CURRENTLY ON THE DISPENSER WAS PURCHASED FROM A STORE I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SINCE JULY. BY THE WAY, I HAVE 2 DISPENSERS SO I AM HAVING TO BU 2 BOTTLES OF WATER EACH VISIT! IF YOU WANT ON TIME DELIVERY THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR, BUY DISPENSER OUT RIGHT AND FIND ANOTHER DELIVERY SERVICE LIKE I HAVE JUST DONE. Have been having delivery issues since 7/31... they said they'd deliver August 1, then August 2nd and so on its been pushed back 10 times already, and I'm completely out of water
Terrible company. I signed up for a delivery every other month. They would charge and attempt to deliver monthly. I kept having to call Customer Service but the problem continued month after month. When I tried to cancel my service, they invoiced me for a delivery they never made and then turned the invoice over to a collections agency. I would never do business with this company again.
Absolutely terrible company! I read so many bad reviews before subscribing to this company and I honestly thought it was just user error. I was sadly mistaken. Ready Refresh is an awful company, almost every delivery I have had over the past two years has either been late, no show, overcharged or missing products. This past months they charged me over 4 times for one order. I am still waiting for them to return the charges. The customer support is especially atrocious, strictly comprised of outsourced paper pushers. PLEASE if you have a family to feed and rent to pay on time, like I do, don't put your trust in this company.
I moved to another state, and tried to cancel …they offered $20 off for next 6 deliveries…then auto set up delivery to OLD address, caught it and told them cancel…and re-gave new address to come get the cooler base…they don't keep relevant information on your account…and I get notice they have scheduled pickup at OLD address…I have provided my new address half a dozen times. I have also informed them that if I have any future charges on my account, I will claim fraud…I plan to file a grievance through the FTC against them and contact my attorney general for the Fraud that ReadyRefresh is
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
