I had an account for years -about 2 years ago they made me place my credit card on file because I added a second account - which was fine but, I over paid them on both accounts and for 9 months they tried to keep charging my credit card for new deliveries instead of looking at each account and realizing i had over 70 dollars in credits per account - for nine months all i did was agree with them why they wouldn't deliver. I even went as far as to order more to make sure they could make money -this didn't even work, They demanded i pay up front even after admitting i was owed credits, they would say you pay us then we will credit it back, this never happened was a lie all the time, I Wouldn't recommend them ever again. There is no reason why a costumer should have to agree so much eso when they are wrong, Utter nightmare company utter nightmare.
I wish I could leave no stars! If you are looking for a water delivery service please save yourself from a headache and do not use READYREFRESH! They never deliver on time and will reschedule your delivery the night before your delivery is due! They gave many discounts and hen screwed up all my invoices saying bill past due when there was card on file and account was set to autopay! They overcharged me and charged me a late fee for late payment, how is the payment late when the card is on file and set to autopay?! Complete BS! Yet they then come and charge my card that was on file with the late fee, plus I didn't even owe them a balance, they gave me 3 free bottles to continue service with them and then tried to be sneaky and charge me for those free bottles as well! This company is the worst! It was pure hell to even try and cancel the account! You call the number and can't get a live person and when you do get a person they act like they can't hear you, then hang up on you! Not to mention one of them sounded like they were on a farm with animals in the background! Please take this review to heart and save yourself from a traumatizing experience!
I have never encountered such poor customer service. I have been on a merry-go-round of transferring and they cannot seem to connect me to the correct department. The scheduling of deliveries is limited and I am moving to a bottleless dispenser system.
We ordered a dispenser and water as our old machine suddenly broke. We were supposed to receive the delivery Wed. 7/26, to no avail. The driver called his supervisor on speaker phone who could not be bothered to talk to us about the issue. Said "I have to go outside for something"! I was finally able to be transferred to a local supervisor who took all the details of the issue and has not followed up yet. Bear in mind this is a medical facility and the weather today is 90+ degrees.
This is unacceptable. No wonder this company's rating is so low!
My building management does not allow bottles in the hallway, so I took a day off. They decided to reschedule my delivery date, sent notification 5pm a day before my scheduled date. On the scheduled date, I called them several times and they assured me that notification was sent by mistake and I was going to receive my delivery, which was not true. I received it two days later. Now I need to deal with my management since the bottles were in the hall all day.
This is by far the worst deliver service I've ever experienced. Constantly pushing deliveries sometimes more than a week, one day at a time. I am on a regular delivery of 3 jugs per 2 weeks. This is the 5th time this year that delivery has been a week or more late. There's no customer service, like AT ALL. No one to talk to, no email, no chat room, NOTHING. I've spoken to the driver and he said he hears that every single day. REALLY? The picture I've attached is of the jugs that have been sitting in front of my house for a week now.
Thank you all for sharing your invaluable experience. I'm definitely not going to do business with them! As much as I need water, I don't need the drama or arrogant demeanor of this company. If they reschedule the drop off/pick up then they should definitely pay their customers a non convenience fee however after reading these horrible reviews, I'll keep walking to the store to get my h2o!
They never delivered my water on time, I've been double charged, and they have also changed my order to something I never ordered before. You can't never talk to a real person, just a online chat only. All they want is your money, DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
They have delayed delivery 8 times in the last three weeks. You cannot reach them. Still no water! I am cancelling!
Continues to charge the card even though every year we contest and get the charge reversed. They make fraudulent charges for products/services you never signed up for. Saves credit card and uses it for illegal purposes. Fraud company. FTC needs to pursue them from criminal offenses and get their executives sent to jail.
Terrible service! They promise you discounts and price adjustments and then charge you full price! When you call to find out what happened they act like they have no idea but say "no worries I am making note of it now and this should post to your next order"- IT NEVER DOES! They just want to string you along while they continue to charge you the full price! Drivers are not reliable either! They see empty bottles, refuse to pick them up but note in the system that they did!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! BEWARE! IF YOU SIGN UP USING A PROMOTION, CANCEL RIGHT AFTER! EVEN IF THEY PROMISE YOU DISCOUNTS THEY ARE LYING! SAVE URSELF THE HEADACHES AND STRESS AND JUST CANCEL!
Don't waste your time with this water delivery company. They take two payments out in the same month. A payment went through my bank on the 13th of July. They took another payment on the 14th which has been in pending since. I don't owe you money. They still haven't removed it from pending. They keep lingering. Every time I call they give me another 5-5 business days. Twice they said they were expediting it. Didn't happen. Called again they told me 3-5 business days then they would expedite. Now I talk to another person who called me and they told me they didn't put anything in pending. They blame everything on the system. I told them I'm not stupid. People have to input it into the system or it wouldn't happen. I'm fed up. I had already canceled my account for the same problems. I'm sick of being stressed out every month because of idiots lying. I was paying for my sister's delivery. Now I have cancelled her delivery account as well. These people don't even need to be in business.The representatives act like a person is a stupid idiot and don't know that a person has to put everything in the computer. They need to sweep around their own doorstep instead of acting like customers are the idiots. They have complaints in the Better Business Bureau as well. Please think twice before buying or having delivery from Ready Refresh.I added a photo because the person who called me which is the last person I spoke to told me they didn't have anything pending in my bank account. He lied. All I've gotten is lies since July 14,2023.
I've only been a customer for a few months and I've never had such a bad experience. There hot and cold water dispenser made such loud noises that I had to unplug it. I went through three of them and the last one leaked 2:1/2gallons of water on to my floor just hrs after they delivered the dispenser. Now they refuses to call me back or come pick up the dispenser. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
I have been readyfresh customer for 2 years and they are the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Never picks up the phone and they just say you have to make a call for any help on chat service. Why do you have the chat service if all you are saying is to call. They posted late charge on me for missing payment and send my account to collection since I was out for my military deployment.
If you want to spend your money and not receive a product, this is the company to use.

I have experienced all of the same problems that I see here. Problem is that here on Long Island you are stuck…it's like it's a monopoly of water deliveries! So what's a senior who no longer drives and is handicapped to do!? I sincerely hope that the powers that be do something to improve.
My delivery has been rescheduled four times. My original delivery date was from Wednesday. I was rescheduled to Thursday, then to Friday, to Monday, to Tuesday. I called on everyday questioning why my water hasn't been delivered. They only offered me a $10 credit. I called Monday to cancel my subscription. I have been rescheduled once again so now I have no idea when the empty bottles and the dispenser will be picked up. This company is the worse. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.
Poor mgt. They won't let you cancel. I booked via Sam's club and they told me I have to go there to cancel despite getting the service through them.
I've had the best experience with ready fresh. I've had them a little over a year and a half and it's just been great. It's been really hot lately, so I had to schedule my drop off sooner since we had no water left. It all worked great. We also really appreciate the deliveryman Edgar from the chatsworth location he puts the bottles where they need to be. Thank you for for great customer service.The Ruiz Family
For 2 months no water this company had been changing the delivery date's I will never recommend this company.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
