ZERO STARS actually

I had seen a truck in the neighborhood, so I had high hopes that meant I could get deliveries too. Apparently, that was a rare sighting of a truly one-of-a-kind bird because getting a delivery to show up when they said they would proved to be impossible. My first delivery was short of most of the things I had wanted. The second delivery was rescheduled six times and inexplicably canceled once. Customer Service was nice enough and gave me some hope so I hung on for a while but after all the repeated "rescheduled" notices I decided it wasn't worth the headache. Prices are not anything special. Product availability isn't anything to get excited about and with the lack of dependability, I decided to move on with my life.

This is so evil. When I'm logged in, the price of Ozarka 5 gallon is now $15.99! When I log out, the price is $8.99. How does that make sense? Plus, with a $10 delivery fee, and now begging for tips, the price is outrageous. The company will surely go bankrupt at this rate.

Here's a pro tip. 5 gallons is ~18.9 liters. At Costco a 40-pack of Ozark 16.9oz bottles is only $6.49. That's ~20 liters! So you get an extra liter and it's almost ~30% cheaper!

So what do I do? Empty out nearly a 40-pack of single use plastic into a 5-gallon jug and I just saved myself some money. Sorry Mother Earth, I don't even bother recycling the plastic.

Getting worse
July 10, 2023

I was a client for 4 years. I never had any inconvenience until 6 months ago. Where the deliveries were cancelled last minute. The driver appeared when no one was waiting for him so I had an accumulation of 12 bottles. I called them to come and pick them up and they want to charge me $25 when it wasn't my fault. I was waiting more than a week to receive the water delivery, they cancelled 3 times, I went to buy water at the store. Choose to finish the service with them and hire another company. The other company brought the water and the dispenser on time. Readyrefresh didn't come to get his equipment. Today is the last chance I give you, I called the company to make it clear that if they didn't come today I would leave everything on the street. Ref #*******

Always proscastinating the delivery

We've been dealing with ReadyRefresh in the last 2 yrs to deliver three 5-gallon bottles once a month. In the beginning, a few times, they told us (a day or two before the scheduled delivery) that they would have to reschedule. However, it's getting increasingly frustrating because they have recently been doing this every time. Even worse, they emailed us again several times to reschedule the already "rescheduled delivery"! We're done with this company.

So this all begin in May, where I was borderline harassed into buying water. My daughter almost talked me out of getting it, I wish I had went through with NOT getting it. The next day, the water was supposed too be delivered, nooone came. I then received a e-mail saying "tip the driver". I looked out my door, there were no bottles or water machines left behind. I then called the company after being charged and not receiving any items. Fast forward July 6 2023. After looking at my credit card statement I was charged yet again after having a conversation on the phone about cancelling the account. Today I was given the run around about cancelling until finally I had to threaten them with reporting them.DO NOT RECOMMED THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

Run! Horrible service, horrible customer service, their absurd billing borders on THEFT, it's impossible to fix an issue and impossible to cancel. Even if you cancel! They own your auto pay credit card. It's not a company, ITS very close to being A CRIMINAL ENDEAVOR.

They Suck

So about a week ago i ordered some sparkling water thinking that it would be a good idea. Well when i ordered it they must have given me the wrong price because i got the bill and it was $50, and they gave me the wrong bottles as well. They wouldn't give me a refund and only gave me like $7 off. They totally scammed me and looking at the reviews does not make me feel any better. They also seem to only have people from out of state that answer the phone so i cant understand them at all. They need better service and maybe to be shut down. I would give them no stars.

I have contacted customer service three times to no avail. Driver continues to leave water at end of driveway instead of coming to the door. I currently have 12 bottles of water that need to be picked up but are not being picked up.

Horrible Service

This company has horrible service. Stay away. Our water cooler broke down. We requested a new one and it leaked fresh out of the box. Request it to be replaced. So they scheduled it to be delivered on a Friday approximately two days away. It was not delivered, but rescheduled for the following Monday. Then rescheduled for Wednesday then rescheduled for Friday then rescheduled for Monday. Oh but we will deliver the water. Useless people, absolutely useless. Poor customer service. It is not worth doing business. Run run away fast!

They suck!

In the beginning, everything seemed to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. During the "run smoothly: time frame, I end up with 12
5 gallon containers. At this point, I called the company & requested that they stop deliveries temporarily. My last delivery I received was in February. But, somehow my account now has a balance, for what I don't know. You don't receive a delivery, until invoice is paid. They definitely don't deliver, then wait for payment. I've also requested a delivery adjustment to receive 3
5 gallon containers, instead of my original order of 5. None of this eas handled & the customer service representatives are stupid, condescending & unprofessional.

Don't...just dont

My very 1st delivery...did not pay attention to my delivery instructions, unit arrived dirty and broken...leaked gallons of water onto my floor. Was told they do give out new units, they are all refurbished. You only get one chance at a first impression and they blew it.

Messed up delivery

Ready Refresh send multiple emails and texts saying when they are coming and usually come at a different time. My delivery today should have been between 1-5pm, yet they delivered at 7am. I was going to put out my empty bottles around 8am, but was too late. This has happened before and it's very annoying. I wish they would be more true to their word. Now I have all these empty bottles in my small house. Then have the nerve to want to charge me $19.99 to pick up the empties before my next delivery. NOT HAPPY.

I have been using ReadyRefresh Spring Water delivery for years. Out of all the bitter and sweet events, this picture is worth sharing, a good event. The delivery driver's name is Steven. See the attached photo. This is how he lined up the water bottles in my garage. I have never seen this happen before. Keep up the good work Steven! Ray

I ordered distilled water from them because I could have it delivered to my office. I wanted Ozarka for equipment that requires it. I received my first order and I decided that the second order should be cancelled as I did not need it any further. Trying to cancel it was simply a nightmare. I really believe that the company was trying to stall me and frustrate me to allow the delivery just come on through. I worked several hours to get in touch with someone... then they acted like they did not understand I wanted the entire delivery cancelled. They thought I wanted to delay the delivery. I was very clear on this. Then I also noticed that Ozarka delivery had arbitrarily been changed to Pure Life distilled water. This company acts like it is easy to cancel orders but in fact they are very hard to get customer service to act on your request if it is a cancellation, was my experience. Ready Refresh representative even told me that since I ordered through Amazon I had to contact Amazon... Have you tried to contact Amazon? Very hard to get a person on the phone. In fact, I could not find a phone number for Amazon. Carefully choose ReadyRefresh for your delivery needs as it is difficult to cancel them once you have started with them. This was my experience in June 2023.

This company is so incompetent. They constantly cancel your order, they change the order dates, they charge you before you have your order, they blame everything on the customers, they leave you stranded without any water for months on end. They should be out of business.

Watch out! The product quality was fine but the delivery dates were spotty. They hounded us every month to have the cooler professionally cleaned by them and then we finally did. When we cancelled two months later, they tacked on another $50.00charge to recondition the unit so they could rent it out again even though we had just paid $100 to have them professionally maintain it. When I contacted customer service they just said that it is in the fine print that they can do that.

Have had a rep knock on my door 2 1/2 months ago. Have had 1 delivery. Never was told that only automated payment is accepted when I explained to rep I keep card locked until I send payment for safety reasons. I need email notification before payment is taken. Was told no problem. They lid, there is no other option. I've had no more deliveries. Call customer service multitude of times to make payment. To be lied to again, laughed at, rudeness, disconnected and transferred to be toyed with. This company is a joke. Refuse to take payment via phone. Wont let you talk to accounting, made up rules, not even a manager to talk to. A scam portraying to be a company. So if a rep knocks on your door my advice is to not answer. Run as far away from them. Deal with a more reputable water delivery service company. Cause this one is a laughable joke with rude and childish so called employees. I've reported them to the BBB as well. I hope this serves as a warning to many. DONT DEAL WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY RUN AROUNDS AND HEADACHES AND FRAUD.

It used to be a really good reliable company and the shipping ironically was free, now you have to pay for shipping, they ask you for a tip, and service is one of the worse. They tend to change delivery days often, bottles are always filthy dirty, and they never place the bottles where you asked them. Needless to say is super expensive. I don't mind paying for good service, but I don't know what happened in the last few years, that their service went down the toilet. After maybe 8 years of being a member I finally got fed up

From deiveries, customer service, phone navigation menu, website, app and breadth of products, this company fails on every level and in every aspect. They do nothing good except for apologizing for how bad they are.Constantly trying to fix the problem by compensating with free delivery or a $15 account credit is just not worth the aggravation every single time I have ever ordered from them. Finally cancelled my account and yes, even that was a painful 10 minute phone call. This company needs to start using their own product without anyone internally knowing and witness the problems first hand that the rest of us have endured and get it right. Management is clueless, drivers just don't care and customer service listens, but resolves nothing. Same issues over and over and over and over and over and over again and again and again and again.and again.
