Readyfresh by Nestle does not wish to speak to their customers! You will never ever get a live person. Epic failure. Poland Spring was once a good company. Nestle has completely ruined the service. You might as well call the twilight zone because you will never speak to a live employee at Nestle. They don't want your business. Zero stars!
Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind. I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to "pause" my delivery of water bottles. They don't offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didn't use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isn't a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you can't cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated "cancel service" and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They don't offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. One month later and they are still there. PHOTO attached.
Apparently Nestle operates on a old school model of trapping the customer and making very hard to cancel service. News alert Nestle! This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis. The negative publicity that people like me are creating against your company will eventually break your outdated business model.
I would give them zero if they had. There costumer service is the most ridiculous I've ever had. They will put on hold for FOREVER. Nobody answers their costumer telephone service. I called them due to my order was delivered in the wrong address by their incompetent delivery personnel. I will never do service with this company. Not worth with my time being hold on the phone for long time.
Customer service does not exist with this company. Extremely long hold times and never met with answers. They have been delivering wrong items, incorrect amounts and even leaving our delivery at the neighbors. Impossible to cancel online!

I generally am pretty easy going, but dealing with this company gets my blood boiling. Delivery dates and time are incorrect, they have terrible customer service, they charge for everything that is their mistake, and there is no correcting it. Truly, they make Spectrum and banks look really good!
I was with Diamond Springs water for many years and was very pleased. Ready Refresh bought them here in South Carolina and I can't seem to get rid of them. They delivered two 5 gallon waters which I don't want since I canceled my account and every time I call them I get the "our system is down" line. It has been a week and the waters are still in my driveway at my garage. This company STINKS.
Ready fresh does shady business they tacked on hundreds of dollars in late fees even after I closed my account. A guy goes in the hospital for a little while and Shady people like this take advantage of you.
Dishonest company, you are never able to get a hold of anyone in customer service, they will collect bottles and then claim you still have them and charge you for it! Water is not that great and worst of all they are rude and unwilling to help! I have asked several times for them to stop deliveries and they keep delivering bottles and charging me for it!
I signed up for ReadyRefresh on February 4th. I have been promised daily via email that they will deliver my first batch of water. I am still waiting. It is February 13th, still no water. I am going to try to dispute the charge, since they have not delivered the goods. How do they stay in business?
I am handicap they leave water in Hall way when and if they decide to bring it. I had to cancel my credit card because they were taking money for a service they were NOT giving. I have called them for the last 5 months to pick up everything and after 50 phone calls I still have everything but they try to charge me each month and I have tried on good will to stop service they are like the enigerzer bunny they keep going with bad customer service to bad delivery service. Don't get involved with this company.
We have used ReadyFresh since ~2000. The company was Deere Park until Nestle purchased them a few years ago. Since that time we have had so many delivery and customer service issues I began researching other alternatives and found none. I've called and complained during this past year and the response was always "we don't have enough drivers and we are working on it". Then the rep. Would give me 1 bottle of water free. Just one after the numerous issues.
PS. The issue has gotten a little better the last couple months. I'm in wait and see mode but would take any suggestions as to replacement company.
Beware, you can order on line, change your order and delivery date but the ONLY way to cancel is to call on the phone.
This is an obvious way to make it more difficult to stop them from taking money from your credit card. I conversed via email 7 times with "customer care", should be "customer, we don't care about". Anyway through seven conversations the bottom line is they refuse to cancel autoship unless you call on the phone. SDo, i just contest any charges they make.
The purpose of ReadyRefresh at home delivery is supposed to be convenience however it is completely negated by the time spent calling, waiting on hold and emailing customer service regarding continual delivery issues. AWFUL is the best word to describe the service experience with ReadyRefresh! Deliveries routinely arrive on wrong days and pickup while promised do not occur.
Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldn't come to pick up for 2 weeks, "That's the next time we will be in the area". The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say "We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day." NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They 'SHOULD' be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up.
We also had many issues starting service with them. Two of their water coolers emptied the entire 5-gallon bottles onto our floor. Our experience with this company has had SO MANY ISSUES!
The worst delivery service and customer service in India will return you call with an India caller ID. So upset with this company, I will not even buy Deer Park off the shelf
I have been a customer of your company for 20 years as of this September. Recently, I requested a replacement dispenser as my old dispenser which I have had for 15 or more years no longer worked. I received the new dispenser which was classified as a No Spill dispenser. I have all old style bottles.The deliveryman instructed me to contact customer service to have my old bottles; which were not No Spill bottles, replaced. He said you do this all the time. Today I spoke with a rep. First she told me those bottles were not available for my area. Then she told me I couldn't get a dispenser replacement that was NOT No spill technology. She checked with her supervisors. Then she told me I could just cut a hole in each bottle to minimize the spill, I told her I wanted the bottles and the supervisors said not going to happen. I would have expected better treatment for a 20 year customer. I am appalled at the way I am being treated. I have officially

I sent this email to them and got a canned messaged saying they checked records and their service folks had addressed my concerns. I wrote back saying no one addressed my issues. Got another email saying your account is close. No more deliveries will be made. DUH!
Don't do business with these people.
Sean Otton as with my delivery representative for ready refresh and I want to comment on how courteous and on time he is always in Cary delivering my Nestlé water products very efficient and good-natured it's always nice to see Shawn my name is David Zaged and I live in Naperville Illinois that's what keeps me up a customer with this company I highly recommend them and hopefully you'll get a dedicated driver that I have thanks again
Having been a customer for 9 years, we were always pleased with Deer Park Water. Then Nestle bought the company and everything went downhill. Deliveries were never when they said they would be. We would get a schedule in the mail that would tell us one date, on the bill it would say a different date, then a confirmation call would come with yet a third date and then you just had to hope it would get here at all.
Trying to speak to someone - anyone - at the company became impossible! After 6 months of this nonsense, we decided to leave the company and switch to a local water delivery company in our town. No one at Nestle ReadyRefresh cared. No attempts were made to keep our business after 9 years of being a loyal customer.
The icing on the cake was we left the company and arranged with Ready Refresh a date that they would come to pick up the remaining bottles. They gave us one date, then said two days earlier and then showed up at our door this morning, two days earlier still at 8:45 a.m.
Buy your water anywhere but here!

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
