I don't know who this person or why they keep sending - i have asked them hundreds of times why and please stop but no they keep sending to me. Maybe they are scammers trying to get money out of me - they keep sending me invoices? I don't live in the USA but Singapore? Why would anyone deal with this company - i get emails every week and despite calling them, emailing them they keep sending emails to me - saying please pay, is your collection ready, here is your order? Been going on nearly 1 year now - hackers is what they maybe are?
I wish I could give them -5stars. The worst delivery service ever. The driver keeps canceling my orders. I don't understand why the heck the driver has rights to canceling my order. I tried to talk with the manager 5 times but they never connected me to anyone. Such a joke..
I've used Zephyrhills deliver for probably 15 years. Whatever happened to this company ( I think Nestle bought it) about two years ago has destroyed the company. I thought I was the only one having problems with deliveries and customer service. Now I see that EVERYONE has a problem. I'm going to cancel and change to Mountain Valley or someone else... anyone would be better. Stay away.
We are supposed to be on a regular delivery service but it seems more hit and miss. You try and call and half the time their website is down and their office person can't help because, "hey, the website is down, try back." Now when they are supposed to deliver between a certain time, they are late. Not once, not twice but it seems to be the new norm as well. When you call and try to find out when it will be delivered, they say they have no way to find out where their driver is. I just have to wait until 5:00 pm but our office closes an hour and a half earlier. When I asked to speak to a manager I'm told that the manager will call me back in an hour. When I ask why, as I am on the phone now, I'm told that is just the way it is. Seriously? I understand delays can happen but since they transitioned into this new company it has been nothing but problems.
I have provided them with my costco number for more than 6 months and they still bill me at the full rate, when called, I was talking with a nasty women called Desray. She is so unprofessional and should not be working in sales at all. My problem is still unresolved and i have to chance them for their own mistakes to fix and try to get my money back.
They claim my debit card isn't working and was declined, called and told them to cancel and however much was total to pay they said they are processing the charges fee, so is it working or not!?
They are stealing our money! Do not purchase whatsoever. Horrible customer service and now I have to pay 204.59 for their mistakes and mixups.

JUST HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE SERVICE
Ready fresh took over for my original delivery from Zephyrhills waters. I was receiving my deliveries for 16 years now and ever since ready fresh took over it has been horrendous. For example yesterday my delivery was marked delivered even though they never came and I called customer service after a 25 minute wait and let them know that my empties are still sitting here and it was never delivered and must have been delivered to a house with a similar address which has happened before. They will not go pick up the order nor will they deliver to me until the next business day so the other people get to keep free water. This has happened before and it's getting to be ridiculous. They won't even attempt to contact the driver to let him or her know their error. If I continue to write about all the negative things that have happened since ready fresh take over I will write a book.
Longtime customers... service has deteriorated progressively since the takeover from Poland Spring by Ready Refresh."Scheduled deliveries" are changed and then changed again without notice. Customer Service LIES. Yes. LIES. Called today to check on our delivery that had been scheduled yesterday. Was told the driver was 10 minutes away. Can you believe he wasn't? The website says delivery is now scheduled for tomorrow. We'll believe it when we see it. Changing vendors. We highly recommend you do the same.
Ready Refresh has little or no respect for their customers. They promise a delivery and then don't show. Never calling their customers. I plan to find another water delivery company.
This company will ONLY allow you to order if you sign up for their monthly billing forcing you to pay for items you didn't order or don't want and then waste time trying to correct and get a refund or keep track of your orders, A sham...
In the past year, they have made changes that are causing unauthorized purchases and late fees despite automatic deductions. As best I can determine, there are problems with their operating systems (both general operating and software) that create recurring difficulties to the end user. Customer service was nice, but the problems are outside of their control.
Was a customer for 15 years and they totally Lost my business as of the other day very rude customer service honestly this business should close down very very rude supervisors also they just don't care! You guys suck! You guys deserve zero stars!
I ordered from them and got my first delivery. A few days later, I got another delivery, this time double what I had originally ordered. I never asked for this second delivery. I called their customer service and the woman said that this was an "automatic" delivery, which they do every month, even if you didn't request it. And, if you don't want the delivery, they'll just "guess" what you might want and deliver it, and charge you, even if you don't want it at all. (They guessed that I wanted seven boxes of water--which is insane. I've never asked for that much water.) I looked on my online account, and the page had said "No upcoming deliveries," for some time, yet they still delivered to me. I told her this is really unethical and bad business practices and she did not care. I cancelled service.
Terrible delivery service. In the 9 months I've had them 5 deliveries were wrong. And they don't come back right away to fix it they wait a few days. Twice the bottles of water were cloudy. The first time I poured 15 gallons of water down the sink. They did not reimburse. The next delivery the same thing. I made them come back and replace them. I cancelled my service and today they were supposed to pick up empty bottles and instead delivered 6. I called them and they said they could not come back for 3 days. I am moving and the bottles are blocking my entrance. Really bad service. Dont waste your money
OMG I feel like I'm on that tv show "punked". You couldn't even make up ALL of the errors that Ready Fresh has made since they took over delivering for Poland Springs! They deliver to the wrong house. They leave bottles on my front lawn instead of up on the porch. They constantly change me to electronic payments even though I have called no less than 12 times to insist on paper bills, they drop a 5 gallon bottle on my front lawn, it breaks, they leave the broken plastic bottle on front lawn and dont relplace it, they promise delivery then don't show up, bring wrong amount of bottles and when I make them come back to deliver the correct amount, they charge me another delivery fee. Really really bad. I have cursed them out so many times I know they are sick of me. Well today, I am more than sick of them and I just signed up with another company to deliver my water. Enough of this terrible service.
These people are the worst service company ever, in the history of business. They never ever, ever, do as they say. Whether it's delivering water or equipment, they never arrive when they say they will. They change delivery schedules with notifying the customer first and if they do come on the promised day and date, it's always at the very last hour prior to close of their business. They either overbook their drivers or they have some of the most incompetent employees in the history of labor. May they go bankrupt in every way possible! As... es!
I been waiting for the water for 2 days, I even spoke to the manager Francia and she told me that they will deliver partial and never came. Will reported to the business bereau, they charge you for non delivery and when they deliver the water they still steal cases most of the time the order when it comes late comes incomplete and we have to call for them to deliver the balance, is unbelievable what they do, please be aware and count your bottle of waters when it get delivered.
I love the Acqua Panna water, but I MUST find another company to order from. This company is the worst. They promised me $50% off my order, however change me double and took money out of my account twice without authorization. When I contacted I was promised a correction but it never happen they only took more money and sent me a bill once i told my bank do not allow them to take any more money. BUYERS JUST DONT DO IT! They will steal from you!

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
