Since Ready Refresh took over Poland Spring they have been awful to work with. The deliveries don't happen when they say and then it's wrong. I had so many things happen this summer that they said they would give me an extra water bottle for July and one for August. My September Delivery was to be 4 bottles total - 2 bottles I get each month and 2 free 5gal. When I was on my way home I get a text my order was Delivered. I got home and there were 4 bottles on one side of my steps and another 4 bottles on the other side of steps. I couldn't believe my eyes! I immediately called Ready Refresh and the Custimer service Rep telling her to call the driver to come back and pick up the 4 extra bottles I didn't order. The rep said they had 8 bottles written down. I told her I have no need for that much water for my husband and I. She said let me call him. Of course nobody picked up. The Rep said I can't get hold of him so just keep the 4 extra bottles. I said I don't want to be billed for this. She said you will not. It's our mistake. I told her please don't deliver water in October just pick up my empties. Today I see my checking account had $86 taken out. I was only suppose to be charged my usual $32. They charged me for all the bottles. I called them and the customer service rep said it has to go back into billing and they will have to figure it out. They wanted to give me credit for when I need water. I told them I won't need it til January and I want my money returned immediately. They are holding my my money hostage. I will get my bank on this as fraud. Can't believe my entire lunchtime between waiting and finally talking to the Rep took over a half hour and nothing got settled. Totally disgusted with this company!

Worst company ever
September 30, 2019

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. For two weeks they've been sneaking into my mom's building and still have not delivered the products we ordered. We're wasting our valuable lives waiting on hold to speak to people who promise they'll make it right, and then days later we get another sneaky delivery, where they don't take the unwanted stuff away and still don't deliver what we order. I'm going to see what watchdog agency I can report them to. They shouldn't be in business. Please don't ever order from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I canceled my service when my first delivery consisted of three 5-gal bottles and being told that there are no dispensers in the warehouse. I told the driver to take them back to the truck and immediately called to cancel this service. That was April 11,2019. I am still dealing with 'service representatives' who cannot seem to figure out how to cancel service or stop charges from coming out of my account, although EVERY TIME I call I am told my account is canceled. It's simply insane.

Customer reps lie that your orders are on their way when in reality they do NOT even save the orders on their system. You have to call at least 5 or 6 times for them to actually put in the order, THEN wait for another century for the actual deliveries to arrive. One of the customer reps was blaming an "unpaid bill" for the delayed order. Then I called again on another occasion, and they said that was a false statement. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but it's unethical that people pay for this type of service. STAY AWAY.

This is the worst company there is for water service. I would have 6 bottles on my order and they would dump off 14 or more and then charge us and refuse to take back the sealed unopened bottles. The customer service is a joke, you have to call an 800 number and talk to rude people that are no where near your area and could care less. They never get the instructions correct and the drivers pay no attention to the instructions. I cancelled that service and went with Neptune water instead. Much better fixed price and much better service.

Being a costco member they told me that I will get a discounted price. But after becoming a member they said sorry and I had to cancel my account.
Don't trust the people you see at Costco from this company.

Don't waste your time

This company is horrible. You can never get anyone on the phone to help with problems. I canceled my service and they send me notices about invoices being late but when I call to try and get it cleared up, you can't get anyone on the phone. I also can't log into the website to get the bills... horrible, just horrible.

With the exception of the delivery personal and some in Admin, (they are outstanding) at ReadtyRefresh this company is dreadful, abysmal and let's go with braindead and completely void of any common sense on what it takes to run a business. The executives associated with this company have no clue of what they are doing and need to be dropped kicked into orbit before they plow the business into the pavement more than they have. From long phone holds, to accounting issues, to lack of responding to simple requests. I could go on all day but need to get back to work.

No refund received

I used to get 5 gallons of water (5 bottles) every month from Poland Spring ( now nestle) for my home. They had a deposit of $50 from me. July 3 rd I closed my account as I was moving and returned the empty 5 bottles. Till date no refund. Send several emails and on August 8th I called and was told the refund check is in the mail. Today is August 19th, still no check. The worst company. Rating - o

Our accounts payable department forgot to pay our bill but paid up to date fully. Four days after Ready Refresh CASHED our check, they put us on credit hold and stopped our deliveries. Is this customer service or customer sabotage? I say the later. CLEARLY they didn't want our business. SO I called and told them to pick-up their bottles and their cooler. We are going with Crystal Rock who has EXCELLENT customer service!

They changed my delivery dates again without notification and yet again I am without water. Customer service are the most ignorant non professional $#*!es I have ever come across! Delivery driver is great however, Shame he is working for such a crap company. I am in process of changing to a more efficient and professional company. DONT use Readyfresh. I wish I could give no stars!

Ready Refresh (Poland Spring) water delivery service is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Here is a list of the problems:

1. The water was delivered one day late--the driver never called to inform me of this.
2. The driver left the water in the wrong location, because the wrong apartment number was written on the box. He didn't follow my explicit instructions to use my intercom.
3. There are 25-minute telephone hold times if you try to call them. You cannot ask them to call you back.
4. Their website is more deficient than that of any other merchant I've dealt with.
5. I tried to determine the email address of their CEO, Fernando Merce. They have so many domain names, it's ridiculous. His email address appears to be *******@waters.nestle.com
6. I get error messages when I try to read about their job openings (so I could determine their email address format).
7. They refuse to release the full names of their executives.
8. They are perpetrating a fraud--their water doesn't come from a spring in Maine--it comes from ordinary ground water. At least one of the sites is near a petroleum site.

So, not only are they incredibly dysfunctional and disorganized--they are also criminal.

Disappeared

We used Poland Spring for 9 years. After Ready Refresh bought them out we never got an on time delivery since.

They disappeared for 5 months. We tried to contact them over the phone but could not talk to a human being. Now, after being gone for 5 months, no delivers, not billing and no answering the phone or emails, we get a bill for $400 saying we owe them for products we never received nor got delivered. And get this, they said after several failed attempts to contact us they are turning the bill over to collections. If they tried contacting us we wouldn't have been lugging 5 gallon jugs from the supermarket for the past 5 months now would we.
Ready Refresh is a joke.

You guys are the worst... if I could the worst words in the world I would... false advertising I referred two ppl never received my 50 on each one because there minimum order has to be 20 and it does not say that at all in the terms and conditions... will be canceling... you guys suck $#*!

I received my first order with the wrong merchandise. I texted. They don't accept answers to their texts. I emailed multiple times. No response. No correction. Once they have your credit card god help you. I called multiple times. Tonight I got a human and cancelled. I explained again my order had been wrong. No apologies at all. After the call I received a message the order was changed to a different delivery date. They are a nightmare. Do not under any circumstances do business with them. It's going to take threat of legal action to be removed from their list I guess.

Hello: I have been a customer with Deer Park Spring Water since 2000 and truly like and respected the company and services. Since Deer Park has been with Nestle's Ready Refresh the services is very unsatisfactory. They now charge $6.95 for delivery and $5.00 for rental fee which is horrible since the company is a multi billion-dollar industry that services corporate, government, private sector businesses around the world. Residential customers should not be charged theses services because we are just a dot on the paper. This company owns the the chocolate we eat and the coco we put in our milk along with other products we consume or use on a daily basics. I am going to be discontinuing my account with the company and just purchase the water in the grocery stores where you can purchase the items cheaper. Not happy at all with the company and decided to contact the CEO. Blessing to you all.

I have been a customer of POLAND SPRINGS / READY REFRESH for since 2013. In recent years, their scheduling system online does not reflect when they will show up! After about 2 years of frustration, and then a new website update with NO Customer Service to call for help, I'm CANCELLING my accounts (both business and personal) with them! It's not worth the time, headache and frustration. NO THANK YOU! Try another company!

IF your smart you will stay away from using this company, Im a new customer and i stayed home all day waiting for them and at 5"oclock i called and they said "OH we couldn"t make it today we'll come tomorrow, not a phone call or anything, i was FURIOUS to say the least.So i cancelled my order, (GLADLY)Its no wonder why they have such BAD reviews.

This company does everything in it's power to prevent you from updating your billing, or changing any part of the delivery. The customer service is terrible, rude and unhelpful on the phone. DO NOT USE THEM
